Sooooo you like cheesecake, eh Tim? You Only Live Once so go for it...Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bars. Swaggy Cinnamon is the best cinnamon roll one-shot I've ever tried. This has the perfect bakery type cinnamon blended with a lovely pastry bun/roll and a touch of icing. I really enjoy it as simply a one-shot. Just thought I might try it out in a mix. So, when I saw the photo of a Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bars recipe I wanted to give it a go. I added a bit of Caramel Butter to butter up the graham crust. When given a full 5 day steep it's very good. As always, sweeten to taste.
