Wanted to replicate Haagen Dazs Mango Raspberry.
The ingredients include: Raspberry Puree Mango Puree Cream Lemon Juice Concentrate Milk Liquid Egg Yolk
Mango Puree: I'm not even sure how could i manage this so for the best mango flavour that isn't shit i used INW Mango - which to me is good on the top note and CAP Sweet Mango which tastes too ripe , these two in combination gave me a semi puree.
Raspberry Puree: FA Berryl - Best raspberry that i tasted but not jammy enough, so to add to this i used INW raspberry to add the syrupy part with CAP Raspberry
Cream: FA Vienna Cream Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Additives: INW Cactus - to help out fruit notes WS-23 - to simulate the coldness of ice cream CAP Supersweet - use at you own liking, for small pod devices that i use i don't recommend lower that 0,5
