Man oh man I really like donut vapes. I don't vape them often enough. I'm also a sucker for a good 3 ingredient recipe. This one is the best of both worlds.

CAP Glazed Donut is a nice fluffy cake donut flavor with some great fried dough notes. I don't really get any glaze from it but I do get something that's reminiscent of powdered sugar.

WF Blueberry Jam is a delightful sticky sweet basey blueberry flavor. Both are quite basey and you need a little something to lighten the recipe up. WF Vanilla Custard adds that vanilla top note to brighten it up and the eggy part adds a little bit of chew to the donuit.

Sweeten to Taste.

Shhhhhh! Can you hear them?! The Aliens are back again. They come to divide the people causing confusion and hatred amongst the human race only to consume and deplete every blueberry in existence until no more are left. It took a lot to rebuild the crops and supply since last years attack. Now, there is one bad ass crazy mofo blueberry that will defeat these aliens. Enjoy an amazing “Yogurt Trinity Base” with a nice “Jamming Yummy Blueberry” . Mix, plant and let grow for six days nourishing that Blueberry Crave. Please make sure to use “Plain Yogurt OOO (version 1) and Blueberry VSO (version 1) ”.

Thrown together on Fresh03's "Mixing For Mike" show on 6/12. Addy Tuney's donation to the GoFundMe for VapinTrucker's family earned him the right to command me to create a "Blueberry Jam Butter Biscuit." He clarified that it could be either an American or European biscuit, so I went with the shortbready type cookie interpretation of the word biscuit rather than going all Pillsbury doughboy with it.

This is not bad for at all for a first draft, but I'm going to give it the steep and tweak treatment and come back with an improved version later.

When Tuney said blueberry jam, I immediately knew I wanted to use VT Bilberry Ripe. Easily the best blueberry jam I've tried, much better blueberry jam than VT's own Blueberry Jam, which is absurd. The WF Blueberry Jam might prove to be unnecessary and disappear from the finished version, but I just really liked the way it worked in Rin's Blueberry Cheesecake and wanted to use it. FE Lemon is there because until someone makes a blueberry flavor that pops on its own like blueberry + lemon, you're going to see me adding a little lemon anytime the subject of blueberry comes up. It might be unnecessary here as well, but it's reflex at this point.

Mr. Tuney said butter and WF Cookie Butter was the first thing that came to mind. It's so good. If it turns out that it just makes a more buttery cookie after steeping, rather than giving me a layer of butter under the blueberry, I might have to try something else.

CAP Sugar Cookie is the go-to cookie that I knew would work with the blueberry. I used some WF Shortbread Cookie to crisp it up and make it more shortbread-tasting versus a big soft sugar cookie. Hopefully keeping it fairly low keeps it from being too burnt after a steep, but if the biscuit comes out overcooked, I might have to replace it with something more basic like JF Biscuit.

SSA Ice Cream Vanilla is mostly for a buttery mouthfeel finish, but also because there's never enough vanilla in any biscuit/cookie flavor. Hopefully I haven't overdone it, but if it grows over time, I might have to use less of it in the final version.

Bantha Milk is a tribute to my favorite galaxy far far way. This recipe is a tall, dark and mysterious as old Ben Kenobi. A creamy blend of blueberry and milk with hints of sugar cookie and vanilla.

For the Blueberry note WF Blueberry Jam at 2.5%, sweet, dark and syrupy. Perfect for a milk, WF Milk that is. You know I hear that FA Milk is the one to use but we can't get that in the states so WF Milk it is. It tastes like milk, its a little sweet and very strong but makes for a great milk. I added a little WF Sugar Cookie and WF Vanilla Custard in here to help with the texture and give it a nice warm vanilla note.

Last, just a drop of FLV citrus soda to brighten up that berry and get some separation in between the layers.

Sweeten to Taste.

The Blueberry Corn Bread Muffin is a white whale of mine. I’ve been through so many iterations of this profile, purchased numerous flavors and just been real unhappy with the outcome... until now.

Let’s start with the cornerstone of the recipe. That’s FLV Blueberry Muffin. This flavor is on the whole a disappointing muffin but what it IS is a solid baked blueberry note and a good place to start. I’ve added in a little WF Blueberry Jam to help the texture of that Blueberry. I didn’t want this profile to be abundantly blueberry, mostly just delicious warm muffin.

Since the blueberry muffin doesn’t have much muffin I’ve resorted to building my own. Starting with 5% OOO Corn Bread, that is exactly how much of that flavor I need to taste it, no more, no less. It’s a steeper but oh boy is it good. After 2 weeks it really comes through with that corn meal grain flavor and texture that’s truly unparalleled. The sweet fluffy portion of the muffin is easy with WF Angel Cake.

The recipe really needs VT Butter Base for that creamy buttery smoothness. Lastly just a hint of FLV Rich Cinnamon, because where I come from you can’t have a muffin without some cinnamon.
