Apparently the queen’s favourite cheesecake used to be lemon and apricot. I’ve not really had a chance to play around with apricot so thought to myself hey, let’s give this recipe a try and see what we can create with today’s offerings...like all of my creations,I put my heart and sole into them and don’t release them unless IMO they are 🔥 so here we have it guys! Lol 😂 I’m really enjoying the flavour combinations here,it’s bright, creamy, biscuity goodness and I can’t put it down! If you enjoy cheesecake recipes then you should give it a try and let me know what you think! 😃💭 feel free to add your sweetener of choice - I added 0.25% CAP SS and for me,it was perfect however if you prefer not to add sweetener ,don’t add it. Give this recipe a min 4 days steep but longer the better. Stay safe guys and GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!!!!
What can I say about Isolani it's basically a lemonade cookie flavor. I really enjoyed the original, but I did a remix anyway because it is hard to find the original. So here's my remix I started with VTA Lemon Meringue Tart it has a bright Lemon note, nice light crust and fluffy meringue that I like. And to help soften that I paired it up with VTA Vanilla Cream, VTA Sweet Mate and VTA Vanilla Classic. Now on to the hard part VTA does have a cookie flavor called Cookies and Cream which is pretty weak so I had to back it up with VTA Biscuit Base to get the cookie to stand out.

This treat is known as "Merengón con Fresas" a Colombian dessert. It is made with a native South American fruit known as Guanábana along with Strawberries, Lime and a Meringue-type Whipped Cream. I opted from using lime and decided to use LMT from VTA because it tastes more like Lime/Meringue. After you mix this be patient and put it aside, flavor develops after a week but only gets better. You may substitute the HR Vanilla for INW Shisha Vanilla. Enjoy!!!
This recipe was created when I was playing around with (WF) Flapper Pie and I've been enjoying this flavor. To me flapper pie is a sweet creamy more of a whipped cream meringue-like flavor with a light vanilla and a hint of a crust which I use (INW) biscuit to help it out. I tried this with many other lemon flavor and it seems (FE) Lemon to be the perfect match for this recipe, its bright not candied but also not very natural in any way.
(FA) Custard is use to round up all the flavor and the reason I choose it over other custard because of the lemon flavor, it would definitely go well with the profile I'm aiming for.
You may get rid of the (CAP) super sweet if you like but I find it brightens the lemon and brings it out even more and I like my dessert to be sweet but use it however you like to.
This recipe had made its way into my daily rotation and I'd love to share it with you all. I love it so much and I hope you guys enjoy it like I do.
So this started as trying to be a 1-2-3 recipe, but right now I'm a but limited in my stash. I was chatting with some of the guys on the discord and @wolfwheeler said something that fixed this recipe. He told me not put myself in a box, which is something I've never done in the past so I'm glad he gave me a little push.
I got this idea from the Meringue episode of noted, when @duncanyoyo1 said that VT LMT tasted like lime to him. So all I did was bump the lime flavor using INW Shisha Lime, which is 100% a key lime pie lime and add some FLV Vanilla Pudding gives you the sweet creaminess that the other 2 don't have. This is simple, but I'M BACK BABY!
2 week steep time (big worth it)
I took inspiration from Wolfs Cheesecake base and decided to build on it with Custard premium and then use CNV LCW and VT Lemon Meringue tart to work overtime on both the crust and the lemon profile. FE lemon was used because this is a bit of a steeper and FW sweetener because honestly its habit at this point and i wanted the cheesecake to be a tad sweeter.
