This is a french cake croissant. The angel cake and whitw cake blend to make a wonderful white cake and the flv cup cake batter give it that inner moist cake flavor. The cake is surrounded by layers of flaky delicious croissant crust. Sugar orchid gives the cake a wonderful pop of deliciousness! Of course the flakey cake needs a drizzle of powdered sugar frosting.
I have been searching cakes for the past col years and this one is by far my favorite so far! Give it a try you'll love it! It turned out absolutely delicious!! Not too light not too dense but just right! I cant put it down its so good!
The vta love makes this recipe. i got the love and the croissant in at the same time and thought i would chuck them together what i got was unexpected a deli shes white choc peach bakery. This is one of a couple of juices i made that is moreish and sooo good most of my juices i usually rate around the 3 to 4 star mark my self but this one is a 5 for sure imo.
I am thinking of these wonderful little oven warm pastries from Italy. Filled with the fruitiest apricot jam you've ever tasted and delightful buttery puff pastry.
-Changed Solube Apricot Tarte for Flavorah Apricot as i am hoping to get rid of some off notes i get from Apricot Tarte.
-Took out Graham Crust TFA
-Changed FA Pandoro for FA Zeppola to get more a crusty Pastry taste.
-Lowered Butter Base from 4% to 2%
-Lowered Croissant from 6% to 5%
Future Mix Suggestion:
-Add FLV Nectarine?
-OOO Powdered Sugar?
I am still looking for more dark crispy pastry flavour.
