Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie
Spent a good amount of time getting combos of strawberry and raspberry flavors that were sweet yet full bodied. The milky undertone really bonds the two together and smooths out a rather harsh fruit mix. The whipped cream adds some sweetness, without being overpowering like sweetener additives tend to be, while also adding to the cream effect. As it sits it makes for a very smooth and creamy ADV. No adverse SNV off-flavors, but it does blend together better after a few days.
I experimented with some WS-23 and it just didn't sit into the mix well, kinda just floated on top (taste wise) adding coolness but also muting everything else. Maybe some TFA Sour or FA Sour Wizard could combat this? YMMV
I have been trying to make a raspberry vape for the longest time but I haven't liked any of the raspberry flavors by themselves but a while back I found that I really liked the trifecta of raspberry flv, razzleberry fw and raspberry sweet tpa but I always wanted it to stand out a little more in a lemonade. The other day I recieved Raspberry Jelly Bean WF and added it to one of my favorite Raspberry lemonade mixes and after tweaking the recipes background notes a bit and adjusting the lemonade base this has become my favorite ADV.
Sometimes I taste the candy element more and sometimes I taste the lemonade more and I really like that..If you like a sweeter vape just bump the sweetness to 0.40 or so. This works fine as a shake and vape but a couple days and the raspberry really starts to pop.
The Floradora is a classic cocktail that you might not know, but you should know because it is a truly fabulous (and rather sexy) gin drink. It is semi-sweet, tall, refreshing, and beautifully pink. One might even call the Floradora the "original girly drink."
The cocktail was named after the first Broadway musical hit comedy of the same name in the early 1900s. The name was originally spelled "Florodora" following the show name and the cocktail was a hit among New York's high society up through the 1950s.
Originally, the drink was made with raspberry syrup, but now uses framboise liqueur (raspberry-flavored) almost exclusively. There are a number of raspberry liqueurs available with Chambord (black raspberry) being the most common poured into today's Floradora cocktails.
FA Gin is an uber realistic gin which perfectly encapsulates that familiar and distinct juniper flavor. This is the main flavor note of the cocktail and pulls through beautifully without overpowering.
The raspberry combo has been my go-to for years and just works so well here. Authentic, slightly tart and semi sweet raspberry goodness.
TPA Ginger ale can be a bitch but used low, it provides just the right amount of a ginger ale vibe without annihilating the rest of the ingredients.
A wedge of lemon and handful of ice tops of our cocktail perfectly.
A slightly tart, slightly sweet, fully refreshing Raspberry lemonade with hints of tangy powdered candy tucked into the exhale. I have been vaping this juice for the past month and really like how it turned out so i figured I would post it. Give it a 3 day steep for the nuance to come through, though it's a fine shake n vape.
In this mix, the Raspberry is the main note, in which all other profiles work on top of. I utilized FA Raspberry and TFA Raspberry Sweet to produce a vivid raspberry flavor that isn't too natural and "watery". While it's not particularly deep, it's a great base for a popsicle flavor. Next, I layed in the lime, which is the second dominating accent note. VT Persian Lime + MB Green Lime produce a very tart and bright lime flavor that sits right next to the raspberry, rather than on top of it. Lastly, I filled out the finish with FW Blood Orange, and used Menthol to add a light mint note to the mix.
