Ive been on a bit of a banana binge that started with my testing with creating a bubblegum from scratch (yup, Bnanurz is part of the traditional pink bubblegum flavor) but got sidetracked with this versatile flavor and ended up mixing everything but bubblegum :-)
This is my take on A Sweet and creamy Banana Cheesecake!
Using the trusty TFA Banana cream filling the main creamy banana note I added WF Banana puree to boost that Jammy sweet banana to bring this solid and well rounded Banana into my Cheesecake without getting lost into the creams too easily as I find can happen with many banana recipes after a steep.
I normally dont like dessers, and I think its for that reason that I find things like Brulee and certain Cheesecake to be too rich or the graham part of it too strong for my preference but With INW Cheesecake half of that issue is already solved as this Cheesecake has a more subtle 'graham' note in it.
This with the addition of INW Custard smoothed the cheesecake out a bit more and also brings in a lightness to the Cheesecake base.
Adjust the sweetner to your preference. Steep 3-5 days
A thick, layered custard slice adorned with honeycomb.
The filling is comprised of my unfailing 1-2-3 brulee stone with the brûlée knocked down ever so slightly. I have been using this base for a while now & it keeps on delivering. To me, the is a pre-eminent custard which just works magically here...Thick an d creamy oral pleasure...
I recently discovered WF Croissant and very impressed with it's brilliant performance. It manages to encapsulate the delicate croissant pasty notes perfectly and with relative ease. A touch of FA cookie provides a bit of texture to round of the pastry layer.
VT honeycomb is a remarkable revelation and allows us to mix honey based recipes with confidence. This provides a subtle honey note with a touch of texture to bring this recipe alive!

What is a Vanilla Slice?
A snack similar to a mille-feuille, consisting of a layer of vanilla custard or cream between two layers of pastry with a thin layer of frosting on top & fresh out of the paper bag! "Bon Appetit-O"
If you haven't had a dogs eye with dead horse while holding a coldie you are simply, un-Australian.
The kiwis invented the Pavlova, we perfected it, the French created champagne we perfected the bubbly, they also created a custard snack you couldn't pronounce called "mille-feuille" which sounds like a drunken indecent proposition. We perfected that to. We put frosting on top that ties this delight together with class. We even sometimes add a little passion fruit in the frosting if you wanted the "High end" fancy version. I've kept this real though. A real, fair-dinkum, working-class suburban bakery vanilla slice made to perfection (pronounced ah la pure-fekt). So if you don't mind froggies or as you may say
"exkoozim wah, ohhh o hoh hohhh" I have now perfected this beauty in a vape!
Be a bit patient with this one as 2 weeks really helps this become something that the frogs would get off their hind legs for and would make any Aussie weak at the knees.
The Cuz-tard Filling:
I don't claim to be a custard virtuoso but this little combo of INW Custard, WF Flan, Cap NYC & FLV Vanilla Pudding I came up with may just make me one. This combo stands up "perfecto" in this lovely multi cultural delight. Firm but fair, texture and the way it sits in ya gob is bang on I reckon! It's a fuller mouthfeel than a bad date at the back of a movie theater. The "nilla" through this is bloody lovely!
OK OK you frogs, settle down, you guys nail pastry so you can have that one ! That's why I used the best in WF Croissant in this and it works well !
Not to thick, not to thin, a little slight lemony note with a sweet edge is what this trio will give you and its bloody bootiful! If ya wanna get really schmancy and high end you can add 1% WF Passionfruit to this recipe as well if your into that sorta thing. This little "Frosting trilogy" will have ya lick'n ya lips ! (or pashing them)
So get real, get fair dinkum about a decent DIY vape recipe and get gobsmacked with a mouthful of deliciousness !

My attempt at a corn bread pudding type recipe. I wasn't going for a clone but something that gave that sweet corn and cream taste. 3% of OOO Corn Bread used for obvious reasons, it has a sweet wet corn bread smell to it. I couldn't find any AP to support the corn note so I went with 2% CAP Cereal 27 which worked out well with its sweet and flakey type taste/texture. I know the OG Corn Bread Pudding lists a maple note, again not a flavor I had so I improvised with JF Dulce De Leche which has a carmelized sugar not to it I felt would work well. LB Vanilla Ice Cream is just great but its use here is to add buttery creaminess and the vanilla note. To boost the creaminess and thick texture I went with INW Yes, We Cheesecake and INW Custard. This is great right off the shake but a few days of steeping will help out the creams.
