This is a vanilla ice cream with a chocolate cookie crumble core/swirl i mixed this up after i was eating some ben and jerry’s (the cookies and milk one ) anyway , I took the LB vanilla ice cream and hangsens french vanilla ice cream percentages from eyemakepizza’s trinity vanilla ice cream (i’ll post the link below) . it’s a wonderful ice cream and so i used those two as my ice cream base and added MB cookie bite and bam an amazing ice cream juice all over again . when you try it leave a review . Fuck a flavor ban ! https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/143364#the_trinity_vanilla_ice_cream_by_eyemakepizza
the idea was an ice cream sandwich of mascarpone with a nice chewy and crispy almond cookie
I’m not sure if it fits to the idea but sure it is going to be a good one.
I use the cc trinity to get the cream cheese feel and a little crust, probably I should go there with la cci or caps creamy yog and also fw yog
But In this iteration I preffer going this way.
The hs fvic plus tpa bvic for the buttery ice cream base and the vanilla touch an ice cream needs plus hs fvic wich also helps in the sourness, I feel this accent very cheese more than I wanted with the average use of it. That is why I only dropped 0.25% here.
The cookies and the almond + marzipan for the cookie part of the sandwich.
Let me know what you think
Lickity Split is the name of one of my local ice cream shops, I used to love getting banana splits there when I was a kid. I've all but given up on chocolate but wanted to work on the rest of the profile. I've had all these flavors for awhile, but haven't really tried using any of them outside of the coconuts and custard before. I thought the custard would help thicken up the mouth feel without changing the profile flavoring too much. I kind of like this better right off the shake tbh, the banana seems to settle in a little too much after a week or so for my taste. Others may like it that way though idk :)
This is meant to emulate the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream (Ben & Jerry's).

A simple creamy vanilla coffee.
FLV Biscotti is the base coffee note - the INW Shisha and French Vanilla Ice Cream are meant to be the main vanilla notes but a small percentage of FLV Cream and FA Custard premium give this more body while adding the McCafe/Tim Hortons coffee feel.
3 days max steep IMO but good on the shake.
This is a relatively popular ice cream combo in Northern Europe, elderflower has been used here for decades (centuries maybe?), mainly as a spice to cover up the offnotes in moonshine, but it has also made its way in to ice creams, cordials and candy.
You might call this a lazy mix, and indeed it is. But as the vanilla is a main component here, there is no better vanilla ice cream base than the one by @eyemakepizza. It's elegant and tasty, and by adding the elderflower it gives a new interesting dimension to that rich vanilla yummyness.
FLV Elderflower is an amazing flavor that works well with both creams and fruits.
A Co-worker put me up to this. His "favorite juice of all time" is called the Strawberry by Drip wich. Traditionally commercial juice, and cloning aren't really my thing, but I agreed to take a crack at the profile. I've no desire to actually clone the original, but the profile was at least potentially tasty so, why the hell not?
The Ice cream base here is shamelessly stolen from @eyemakepizza. I know it's not going to be the one in a commercial juice, but I wanted to make this decadent without falling into oversweet, and the ben and jerry's esque rich creamy concoction the pizza man put together is perfect for that.
The waffle base is pretty straightforward, both TFA belgian and FW waffle have holes in their overall profile. neither is quite right on their own, but by their powers combined you end up with a pretty accurate and tasty rendition of a lightly vanilla'd and slightly maple'd up waffle. maybe not as fluffy as a real Belgian waffle, but for the purposes of a breakfast treat being used as a sandwich around some ice cream and strawberry syrup it works quite well.
The strawberry combo is simple, INW shisha strawberry is a syrupy mess, strongly reminiscent in my mind of nestle's strawberry syrup. To boost that up, and give it a bit of body without venturing off into a full on strawberry Red touch works quite well to bring some balance to the whole ordeal.
