Blue Raspberry mixed with wild berries and a cotton candy twist in some ice cream-- if you like it cool add in 0.5% of WS-23. I prefer it cold so I go 0.75% WS-23.

Layered buttery layers of dough create the puffed pastry style flaky outside shell for a rich creamy vanilla pastry cream that has just a touch of a rich tang to it. Off the shake this recipe is not pleasant to vape. It's not going to be a shake and vape at all. This is a shelf sitter recipe in order for the DAAPy notes to blend down into the vanillas and creams and allow the fried element to emerge from behind the rich butter notes. The texture of the flaky crust will be come more apparent as the batch steeps. This is a 4 to 6 week steep, possibly up to 8 weeks. So if you are looking for a fall recipe, you could toss a bit of pumpkin spice or cinnamon in it, or maybe pull the cream back a little and add in some Apple Filling type flavor.

The Blondie base is the cookie and the cupcake, adding in the FA Torrone to add the darker creamier nutty notes that represent the walnut (which is the level of nuttiness that it adds but also brings a creamy note that adds into the blondie base.) FA Vanilla Gelato for the ice cream topping, with white chocolate chips sprinkled on top with a drizzle of butterscotch and maple. Straight forward. This is pretty sweet on it's own, but you can easily add a touch of sweetener to taste so that the level of sweetness reflects what you like. I'm on an anti sugar diet kick right now so I can't do sweet juice for very long, and this is super sweet to me without sweetener.

I'm so glad I participated in this weeks mix because this mix is so delicious! Really enjoying this one

The crispy outer shell layer used CAP Cereal 27, WF Deep fried pastry dough and WF Glazed donut

I feel the Cereal 27 contributes nicely to the crispy outer shell of the pastry with the deep fried pastry dough and glazed donut for the inside portion

The cream base used here is the new FA vanilla ice cream with CAP Vanilla whipped cream for mouth feel. My original thought was to use LB VBIC, but I use that so often, I wanted to try FA in a mix.

I used FE Lemon with FA Custard to make that lemon pop a bit
The first version of this, I used FA Lemon sicily, but it did not come thru the way FE Lemon did. Also, I know the FE Lemon will not fade the way Lemon sicily will after a good steep.

CAP Super sweet is optional but I feel it contributes to the recipe

I created this after mixing 3 versions of a straight up Cream puff. Although I was pretty happy with one of the 3, I feel the profile was a bit basic and needed a little something more for it to be something I would vape a lot of. That is where the lemon comes in.

To me this image shows a cookie cake with ice cream on top and a nice buttery nutty gooey topping.

I used TFA Graham Cracker Clear and Sweet Dough for my bakery component. The FA Graham is a very nice graham cracker cookie, more along the lines of an animal cracker type graham with very little if any spice notes. The TFA Graham Cracker is nice and deep dark golden graham like and the sweet dough moistens it up a tad.

I built the ice cream note out of the new FA Vanilla Ice cream and Cap Vanilla Custard V1. Stay with me a minute because I bet you are wondering why Cap Custard V1 since it is so eggy... well I needed it to play in the mix for my drizzle, so just trust me it works.

FA maple syrup is the perfect maple for this with all the heavy creams and the bakeries involved. It is strong enough to stand up but at 0.5% it folds into the body of the drizzle that is composed of Cap Butter cream and FLV Butterscotch. I used FA Pistachio as the main nut because it isn't a pistachio that taste like pudding, it is more along the lines of a real pistachio nut with the oily aspect and dryness of the real thing. I used Marzipan as a binder for cream notes but it also serves as a separator for the nut part of the recipe. I hope you all enjoy.

Recipe for MV episode 7/29/18. Pretty self-explanatory.

The Toffee Ice Cream is Hokey Pokey Ice Cream, but it's not in the database. (https://www.chefsflavours.co.uk/vape-train-australia/5673-hokey-pokey-ice-cream.html) I'm not very good with complex descriptions. This is tasty & does need the long steep. Hope you enjoy it.
