When I was living in Puerto Rico I was introduced to a coconut pudding with cinnamon and toasted coconut called "Tembleque." This is a variation of that pudding topped with passionfruit.
The foundation is the WF Coconut Custard, but the Toasted Coconut Cheesecake brings out the custard and coconut flavor. A simple topping of Passion with just a touch of Cinnamon Sugar completes the recipe.
Although this tastes great off the shake, it improves with time.

This is a rich decadent custard with a topping of bright passion fruit. I had to look up what the stuff in the picture was because I had never seen a real passion fruit. I am really digging the combo of Devon Cream and Custard Premium for a really nice thick custard. Cap Passion Fruit is a very basey, syrupy sweet passionfruit and fa passion is very bright and tart so the two together make it a very well rounded passion fruit.
Nectarine apricot and passion fruit are the main notes. Enhanced with Fa orange to brighten the nectarine a little bit of lemon lime for the Sorbet aspect and marzipan for the sweetness. EM serves as an emulsifier and gives you a sweet exhale aspect of sorbet without the sweetness of Sucralose that would turn it into a candy.
Sweetener is optional I would say keep it under 0.5%
Polar Blast and WS23 are optional at around 0.5%
If you want to add cream and keep the integrity of the mix I recommend FA Custard for the creamy lemon notes at 0.75% with Cream Fresh at 0.25%
If you want it deeper add a touch of Brandy at 0.50% to 1.0%
Mixed on Fresh03 SaturDYI'ing with Friends on March 23rd 2019. I love passion fruit, it's not a mystery so as we were doing tropical ice creams I had to do a passion fruit sherbet.
VT Fizzy Sherbet + WF Frozen Yogurt = This is the sherbet base. The yogurt acts like the cream that gives this lush and generous feeling to the sherbet.
VT Passion Fruit + FA Passion Fruit + VT Yellow Passion + CAP Grapefruit = The passion fruit full force. VT and FA Passion fruit are a strong fruit base. VT yellow passion makes the passion fruit more authentic and a touch floral. CAP Grapefruit is here to give it a little tartness and redness.
Cap Super Sweet = rounds up the vape very well and makes the passion fruit pop.

INW Yes, We Cheesecake is my absolute favorite Cheesecake at the moment. The Philadelphia style cream cheese base is so so smooth and delectable that is is just about perfect. I added a touch of LA Cheescake to take this over the edge, without maxing out the INW. Combined, this is creamy cheesecake heaven!
As explained in Pango, FE Mango is the quintessential mango flavour to date and I predict that it will become the go-to mango very, very soon. It perfectly encapsulates the very best a fresh, ripe & luscious mango to be with zero, zip, zilch, nada room for improvement. The is the epitome of mango. Period.
FA Passion fruit is added with caution to cut the mango 'just so'. It imparts a delicious Passion fruit back note without detracting form our hero.
Give this baby 5 days or so to settle and enjoy!!!
Citric tropical juice infused with a light rum boozy note and a slightly creamy finish.
If your sensitive to TH I would let it steep a few days so that the citric notes calm down and you can also use EM to add a little smoothness if your one of those people sensitive to the citric notes in lime Tahiti and sweet tangerine.
*used a touch of Pom for the grenadine
