First things first: I'm a custard fanatic. Custard is something I go back to time and time again. I enjoy the body, the richness, the intricacies of its sometimes simple and sometimes complex flavor profiles. Every vaper and mixer has their preferred custard and here is where I found mine. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
serendipities (plural noun)
the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.
I went with the name "Serendipity" because this recipe came to be by mere and utter chance. I dove headlong into discovering a custard that suited my palette and would grow to be something I'd want to vape again and again, endlessly.
I chose three custard flavorings to make up the custard base: INW Custard, TFA Custard V1 and CAP Custard V1. I love all of these flavors when they alone make up the custard note in a flavor, so I figured why not just throw them all together and see what happens?
TPA Vanilla Swirl, TFA Whipped Cream and FA Marshmallow are common in my recipes to bestow a creamy and full mouthfeel. The combination of percentages for these three lend a very big and delightful helping hand to the overall vape experience of the recipe.
FW Hazelnut was sitting there in my cupboard of flavors staring a hole through me. Remember, this recipe came together by chance and it just so happened that FW Hazelnut was a very good choice to further accentuate this recipe's creaminess and overall flavor profile. If you want a bolder hazelnut profile, go ahead and up it to 2%. It's good this way as well.
CAP Golden Butter is here to add to both texture and the creaminess factor of the recipe.
After mixing everything together and letting it steep for a week, I broke open the bottle and dripped it. What followed was a heavenly blend of cream, custard, sweetness and touch of hazelnut. My mind was blown and my taste buds were alive with flavor. I quickly went through a 60ml blend and blended up another bottle, but opted for 120ml this time around. Overall, this experience proved to be one of absolute serendipity.
Scrumptious peanut butter and coconut squares drizzled with velvety milk chocolate.
Peanut butter lovers unite!!! If you like peanut butter, then this classic is for you. I set out to create a favorite childhood treat of peanut butter and coconut treats which we dipped in cooking chocolate, as upmarket chocolate was a scarce luxury in my neck of the woods. The OG includes chopped nuts but I decided to omit these as a true nut texture and flavor is virtually unachievable...
The TPA and FLV Peanut Butter combo works wonderfully well to create a very authentic, pukka peanut butter. Combined, this duo delivers a smooth, nutty and roasted (thanks to FLV) peanut butter with a dense & mysterious grainy mouth feel. The slight saltiness which FLV brings adds to the "nut" element of the OG concept. A word of advice on the TPA PB - give it a good shake BEFORE mixing as it commonly separates when not in use for extended periods.
The coconut layer was a no-brainer...FA Coconut and FLV Coconut was born for this type of profile = dinkum, lightly sweetened , desiccated coconut. No more , no less. No mess, no fuss.
I opted for the magnificence of HS Chocolate cream and the resulting masterpiece which is Mayan Milk. It effortlessly checks all the boxes for a world class chocolate and requires virtually no assistance to shine, as it does that naturally.
The butter does what it is designed to do and adds a bit of buttery goodness to the mix whilst the marshmallow helps stick all the bits together and add a bit of body and sweetness.
Give this baby 7 days or so...
Happy Saint Patrick's Day! Enjoy chasing the Lepershawn!
The Irish make it queer without me having to look too far. Enjoy the pistachio, the lucky marshmallow, and the butter rainbow cookie all at once!
To be fair, this thing is a monster, but I'll try to explain the idea. I know it looks like I through a lot of stuff together and got fairyfied, but there's a logic to the madness.
FA Marshmallow/FA Meringue/ TPA Lucky Leprechaun = That your marshmallow fluff. FA Marshmallow is my favorite marshmallow and I also find that it fades the least. TPA lucky Leprechaun is a marshmallow cereal and I think the dryness of it works well to support the pistachio and sobber up the cookie.
WF Almond Cookie/TPA Pistachio/FLV Pudding = that's your pistachio pudding, and if you want this thing to taste like pistachio, don't hesitate to go nuts! WF Almond Cookie also supports the rainbow cookie deal in this mess.
CAP Sugar Cookie/CAP Buttercream = That's your rainbow buttery cookie that liaise decently with the pudding and the marshmallow.
And there you have it, my March madness. Oh and steep it, it's absolutely weird on the shake.
Enjoy, be queer & vape on!

My first experience with Hard Crack Toffee, it smells super potent so starting at 1, LB ice cream is a short steep and very good imo, boosted the vanilla with Holy Vanilla and give the cream a leg up with the FA, added CCGC as an after thought as I thought it needed a touch of crunch, Tastes good off the shake... hopefully it doesn't get too heavy 😏
I was hoping to get this done with just one concentrate but taking the hard cracked toffee too high resulted in too much coffee, I tried FW salted caramel and it was too rough by the time I got it high enough for the same caramel taste so I chose chefs choice/CCW and it worked out perfectly, there was a slight fresh cream/milk note in the original so I added 1% fresh cream. The 1st revision I made had 2% super sweet in it but the sweetness was at the front and in the original it came after the coffee/caramel so I reduced the super sweet to 0.75 and added the marshmallow which seems to layer the sweetener in the same way as the original does. This is 95% there if I fucked with the %’s a bit more I could get it 100% but it would be fiddly and so much of this clone/remix game comes down to perception and you can’t please everyone but I’m happy enough to put it out there and say “can you do better?” :)
I know there is probably some difference in concentrates between the original and the remix but it’s that close why be picky 😆
