I love this trio of cheesecakes! they go so fabulous together! I wanted a little extra creaminess like my mom's cheesecake so I added the bavarian cream with flv frosting for a touch of sweetness and a hint of caramel toffee. oh this is so delicious!! it's my number one right now. definatly give this a try if you like cheesecakes.
you can also add your favorite fruits in here but its delicious just as is.
Cream heavy cheesecake, with a buttery crumbly crust and dragonfruit pieces on top! This is not a fruity vape, it's more of a full cheesecake with just a little fruit to make it more interesting!
I've seen people using FA Dragonfruit on a higher percentage than what I use on this recipe, but I find it to be overpowering over everything else when you use it higher, making it hard to balance it when you want to create a fruity vibrant mix, making it difficult to mix it with other fruits. But with all the problems it can create, it is a really realistic and tasty dragonfruit.
Ok so this was my first foray into the realm of Custard. I decided I wanted to make a Clafoutis, which is basically a dessert with cherries and custard with a bit of a crust to it.
Everyone knows cherries are a bit of a bear, so I didn't want to bite that off with my first custard. I decided to go with a Pluot Clafoutis. A pluot is a plum/apricot hybrid. VT Blood Plum/FA Apricot make the pluot and the liquid amber helps to add that "cooked" vibe. The shisha vanilla is what it is, a vanilla accent, the FA cookie makes a light crust. I used a OOO Powdered Sugar to add a sprinkling of powdered sugar. That last part is the custard which is the main part of this profile. I started with INW Custard, but I felt it was too weak. Not creamy enough and not enough body. I asked @alfredpudding for help and as usual, he was game. He suggested I add 3% CAP NY CC, which @ediblemalfunction uses in his Custard. This was the missing piece, I'm really enjoying this right now.
Sometimes simple is best.........
A deliciously easy vanilla custard designed to showcase the beauty that is FA custard premium.
Feel free to add whatever sweetener you like as a small amount only improves it. I like to use 2% EM 10% and .25% super sweet.
Deliciously rich and creamy true to life custard.
Give it at least 2 weeks to steep, 4 if you've got the will power.
Edit....... Add 1.5% fw yellow cake and 1% fa meringue for an added boost of richness.
Created several of these 6/6 combos to learn more about CAP New York Cheesecake but this one is really delicious all on its own. I've been searching for the perfect Mother's Milk or Unicorn Milk clone for a couple years and this beats them all to me as a strawberry ADV. It's strong, sweet, flavorful and plain delicious.
Best after a one month steep.
I borrowed pretty liberally from Daz Cole's Lemon Tart Remix for my lemon, I subbed out Cap LMP for FW for extra richness and added a touch of FE Lemon to round out the flavor.
My richer quick custard is next with the LB VIC, FLV VP, and Cap NYCC.
Rounding out this monstrosity is OOO Pie Crust and WF Croissant for a rich buttery crust.
3-5 day max steep, definitely Shake and Vape
Tested on a wasp nano, .3ohm fused clapton, 55 watts.
The French started it, Australia perfected it - The Vanilla Slice
What is a Vanilla Slice?
A snack similar to a mille-feuille, consisting of a layer of vanilla custard or cream between two layers of pastry with a thin layer of frosting on top & fresh out of the paper bag! "Bon Appetit-O"
If you haven't had a dogs eye with dead horse while holding a coldie you are simply, un-Australian.
The kiwis invented the Pavlova, we perfected it, the French created champagne we perfected the bubbly, they also created a custard snack you couldn't pronounce called "mille-feuille" which sounds like a drunken indecent proposition. We perfected that to. We put frosting on top that ties this delight together with class. We even sometimes add a little passion fruit in the frosting if you wanted the "High end" fancy version. I've kept this real though. A real, fair-dinkum, working-class suburban bakery vanilla slice made to perfection (pronounced ah la pure-fekt). So if you don't mind froggies or as you may say
"exkoozim wah, ohhh o hoh hohhh" I have now perfected this beauty in a vape!
Be a bit patient with this one as 2 weeks really helps this become something that the frogs would get off their hind legs for and would make any Aussie weak at the knees.
The Cuz-tard Filling:
I don't claim to be a custard virtuoso but this little combo of INW Custard, WF Flan, Cap NYC & FLV Vanilla Pudding I came up with may just make me one. This combo stands up "perfecto" in this lovely multi cultural delight. Firm but fair, texture and the way it sits in ya gob is bang on I reckon! It's a fuller mouthfeel than a bad date at the back of a movie theater. The "nilla" through this is bloody lovely!
OK OK you frogs, settle down, you guys nail pastry so you can have that one ! That's why I used the best in WF Croissant in this and it works well !
Not to thick, not to thin, a little slight lemony note with a sweet edge is what this trio will give you and its bloody bootiful! If ya wanna get really schmancy and high end you can add 1% WF Passionfruit to this recipe as well if your into that sorta thing. This little "Frosting trilogy" will have ya lick'n ya lips ! (or pashing them)
So get real, get fair dinkum about a decent DIY vape recipe and get gobsmacked with a mouthful of deliciousness !
If ya reckon it could be better let me know smart arse! lol
Seriously if you wanna a solid recipe that works give it a go!
Cheers for reading this far, now go and get mixing!

Steep - vapable off the shake but have some patience! Give it good couple of weeks and reap the rewards!
