This is a reworked recipe that I did a few years ago https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/26516#dirty_banana_by_xxxleonidasxxx that, when I first came up with was really good, but got heavy quick. So I remixed the same flavor profile with a lighter cream note to make it more friendly.
You wouldn't think banana and mint would go well together...don't knock it til you try it.
Again, this is a tribute to The Plume Rooms Banana Mint Milkshake
It's been a year or probably longer since I've had the original. What I remember is it was a dry, soft sugar cookie with a very light lemon glaze note.
I've tried with this with OOO Powdered Sugar in lieu of LA Cream Cheese Icing and a combo of the two and I just can't make Powdered Sugar work.
CAP Sugar Cookie seems a bit high in percentage, but I think it shines at 5% in this recipe. You get all the texture and softness of a sugar cookie.
CAP Lemon Lime and TFA Lemonade Cookie give a nice light lemon note. You don't want it to be overpowering, the original was just recognizable enough as not to be cloying.
An attempt at some Cracker Jacks.
I thought with all the crunchy stuff in here that this recipe would have more texture but I'm just not getting it. All in all this has really good flavor and is a nice Vape.
Everything here should be pretty self-explanatory layers of popcorn and layers of caramel. It also has a free nuts tossed ob the mix. This mix is deep and rich on my palette.
This started out as a attempt to clone Breakfast at Teleos Crunch, but honestly I always preferred Yeti Vapes Crunchy Black. So I guess this was really trying to find a middle ground between the two juices.
This is better than both!
Berry crunch is the main note obviously. I added the new TFA sweet cereal flakes to try and add some supporting cereal notes. And the combo works quite we'll together.
TFA Bavarian cream, CAP vanilla custard, FW yogurt make up the creamy milk. FLV marshmallow vanilla (because who doesn't like some vanilla) and marshmallow support said milk. I don't feel this combo adds any "fluff". I like FA marshmallow in cereal vapes because to me it tastes like the dry powdered outside part of a marshmallow.
This is not a shake and vape recipe. The first few days you cannot taste the berries in the crunch berries. But you do get the harsh scratchy crunchy pieces of cereal that tears up the roof of your mouth when eating the actual food. After 4 to 5 days the berry comes through, the cream takes shape and smoothes everything out and is delicious.
Based off Wayne's Quik ( https://diyordievaping.com/2018/02/19/quik-strawberry-malted-milk-diy-e-liquid-recipe/ )
Used the cream/malt base and subbed out strawberries for banana.
Teleos' The Milk was one of my all time favorite juices. I had always tried making it with TFA Fruit Circles because that's what I had on hand. The boys over at Developed have sparked my interest again and I popped for some FW Fruity Flakes.
Find the inspiration here:
My original version I used 1.75% of FW Fruity Flakes because it's definitely in there, barely lurking behind the sweet milky goodness. 1.75% is too much though...1% feels much better.
For my tastes this is pretty close to the original. The milk needs a little more work. OOO Cream (milky undertones) might be the trick.
