Doubtless my own taste buds, but I don't really get "Cola". On the other hand, I can't identify what I do get. It sparkles and is one of the most unusual and delicious recipes I've ever mixed. So different than the typical strawberry, cream, rinse and repeat. Try it. Outstanding.

Actually, brilliant but warning: you have to know and like Lokum or this will be really foreign. I think I will try adding some pistachio next time since that is my "normal" lokum and I don't get much powdered sugar. But this is so different and so solid. I'm beyond impressed with the mixers skills.

Solid winner. Cool, bright, and fruity. My first try with Blackcurrant. It was good as SNV, but really seemed to bloom at around 5 days. If you can, wait. But ADV and 5 full stars. Well done ruinate

Never had a semla but my grandmother baked with cardamom so gave it a chance. It is different and wonderous. Great job. Better after one and then two weeks. Try it.

Very good mix. My only issue is the steep. After the suggested 5 days I felt it was weak. Set it aside for a month -- glorious. Try it

Excellent recipe, true to the concept. Bread-y ( not yeast or do-nut), sweet and somewhat mysterious as it steeps. From day to day I could swear I pick up apple and even a little raisin. And then it's gone. Big Kudos on this one. I look forward to what a longer steep brings.

Giving this a five. A complete "less is more" creation. Because I have to be me, on my second test batch I increased the SS to 1% and added 1% ws-23. Perfect and refreshing to my taste. Very creative use of flavorings.

Typical Wayne. Clever, perfect flavor choices, and subtle. Tastes like carrot cake, not carrots as advertised in video. My only suggestion is at least 5 day steep.
