I want to state first, I am rarely ever a fan of desert or bakery flavors. In fact, I mostly hate them. That being said, it is definitely a solid coffee cake. It’s seems like a lot of flavors but they help balance each other out. Some my find the espresso to be a bit strong, to which I suggest decreasing it by a quarter percent. In my opinion, this is the kind of coffee cake that is being eaten while drinking coffee at the same time.
Very subtly sweet, fluffy yet not too dry with the cake and a nice coffee finish. For the best flavor, I suggest using in a restricted RDA and exhaling through both mouth and nose. Exhaling through both will give a nice balance of both cake and coffee in all its indulgence.
