Where I'm from, pies that don't have crème pâtissière in them have a crust that is called brisée or half cookie crust half butter flaky crust. It's my favorite kind and is perfect for fruits.
FA Cookie/CAP Sugar Cookie/CAP Golden Butter form the cookie buttery crust. In France we don't use graham crackers at all, so we don't have graham cracker crusts. This crust is a little less defined but you will definitely taste a smooth buttery cookie.
FLV Sweet Dough/TPA Brown Sugar is here to add a little gooey at the bottom of the pie where you add a little semolina and brown sugar to absorb the cooking juices of the baking fruits.
WF Sweet and Sour Rhubarb/WF Bumbleberry/FLV Cream are the fruit mix of this pie. The rhubarb is actually a little sour and bumbleberry does taste like a very dark but vibrant mix of berries. The cream is here to round it all up and add some body and sweetness.

This is supposed to be a juicy, fleshy mango nectar with a dash of rind and tart lime to balance the sweetness of the mango.
WF Island Mango/TPA Mango make the actual fruit. WF Island Mango is very very sweet, and it needs a little body so TPA Mango helps there. I wouldn't use TPA Mango alone for mango, but if you want to get something out of it, 3% is a minimum.
WF African Horned Cucumber is here to give you juiciness. Where you would use TPA Dragonfruit or INW Cactus, you can use WF African Horned Cucumber, especially for yellow flavor profiles.
Cap Lemon Lime is the tartness. Lime loves mango in general, but here, the mango would be too ripe without it.

This is the only coffee drink that I will actually have as I really don't like coffee at all. White Mocha is lovely and put a dash of cinnamon in it and something magical happens. It's my Starbucks secret for you. I like even better in coconut milk.
This is really milky but very little coffee, so if you want more just increase WF Brazilian Coffee up to 0.75% or more to your taste.

I grew up on Chinatown (or Vietnamtown) in Paris and one of my favorite things I would eat as often as I could is called "Perle Coco" which is actually "Lo Mai Chi" or one of the most popular patisserie in Hong Kong. This is actually a coconut glutinous rice dumpling, traditionally filled with coconut and mung bean paste, wrapped into rice flower and coconut milk, and rolled into shredded coconut.
FE Sweet Rice/Cap Horchata/Cap Jelly Candy combine to form the glutinous rice made of rice flower and coconut milk.
WF Coconut Custard/FA Meringue I'm using to make the filling, but for a really authentic texture, I think I would like to try incorporating FA Red Bean or HC Taro in the mix to incorporate the mung bean paste aspect (which is not to be confused with red bean paste.)
FLV Sweet Coconut/FA Coco come together for a really smooth and rounded real coconut.
FLV Sweetness is not an obligation, but I added here to cut short the steeping time for WF Coconut Custard and CAP Horchata. Also it's important to note that FE Sweet Rice will fade pretty quickly, but adding 1% of FA Coco to it will slow that down significantly. Whatever rice flavor profile you're after, that is a neat trick to use! (thank you @Shyndo)
I love coconut and exotic fruits in general, and this mix turned out really nice right off the shake.

FA Maple/VT Golden Syrup/TPA Brown Sugar is my actual maple syrup stone. Like I said, I'm a maple fanatic. I'll post a whole explanation on my maple stone in another recipe, but don't be intimidated by the amount of FA Maple Syrup, with the other flavorings, it is very juicy and not fry at all.
And there you have it! My maple bar standing tall all by its lonesome!

TPA Greek Yogurt/OOO Creamy Milky Undertone make the very smooth but tart Icelandic Skyr yogurt.
WF Saskatoon Berry is just wonderful and incredibly tasty, don't use it over 1%.
INW Rasberry/FLV Red Raspberry make for an authentic raspberry helping the saskatoon berry and the tartness in the mix.
FA Meringue is here to round the mix and give it a little more body.

The oatmeal bar is based on TFA Oatmeal Cookie and INW Biscuit.
The richness of the bakery comes from TFA Brown Sugar, FA Maple Syrup and CAP Golden Butter.
The Cranberry is built around FLV Cranberry and CAP Grapefruit for the red and vibrant fruit, FA Blackcurrant for the jam texture and darkness of baked fruit.
And FLV Sweet Coconut you ask? It's a very neat trick to smooth out too sharp edges and round a recipe.
How to make a sharp and bright but tasty and sweet raspberry lemonade? Make a raspberry limeade.
FW Lemonade + FA Lemon Sicily = the authentic and tart lemonade.
CAP Lemon Lime = how I transformed this lemonade into a limeade, if you take this out you get an authentic raspberry lemonade.
INW Raspberry + FLV Red Raspberry = the true raspberry fruit, without any jammy/candy effect. INW Raspberry is the most authentic raspberry there is, and FLV raspberry just gives that real raspberry with seeds and off the branch dimension to any raspberry.
If you want you can add WS-23 or TPA Koolada at 0.5% (or more if you need more), to get the cold effect that goes with lemonade.
PS: Thanks to Fresh03 for the inspiration to buy FW Lemonade because I remembered him say that it's the most authentic lemonade.
