Seemed like a good day to drop this recipe. My humble attempt at recreating the blueberry marshmallow breakfast cereal. I think it comes pretty close.
This is my finalized version of the DIY Mixer's Crew FB Group Cereal Challenge. Few tweaks from what I posted there, it had to be finished.
Cereals: Berry crunch main note, LL cereal for the AP & marshmallows. see subs WF marshmallow (candy) for a little more fake marshmallow flavor. Fw bb to turn it into a boo berry type.
My one other thought on this that I've got on paper but not mixed yet just uses tpa crunch cereal & blueberry. If you get too much mixed berry you could probably sub that at about 2%. Lmk how it is if you do, I'm cerealed out for now.
Milk: flv smoothie base for it's lemon tint to boost the blueberry & creaminess. Fa milk because it's the shit.
Dash of sweetener because it is a sweet cereal.
Steep: Give 5-7 days for milk to do it's thing & meld with Smoothie Base. Like most things a week+ will give a better representation of what I was going for. Should be a nice blueberry heavy berry cereal w\marshmallows.

Subs\additions: I'm sure your favorite milk combo would work in place of the smoothie base\fa milk combo. Would advise adding a little lemon though to make up for the lack of smoothie base to stay closer to original. I highly recommend this flavor though.
Tpa crunch cereal @ 2% instead of berry crunch if you hate it.
The wf marshmallow candy isn't a deal breaker in my eyes for this recipe to work, just helps to sell the marshmallow. Could probably be subbed (nothing real & not tpa. Also remember what's in lucky leprechaun to start) or omitted.
Okay. For someone who constantly vapes a variation of (usually) vanilla custard it's about time I released one. Also my girlfriend keeps telling me to just release it already 😂 It rich af. It's a little different than what you're used to, but it blends just right imo. I love this base of inw Custard and fa Custard Premium. Expect to see it more. This recipe is also forever in progress in my mind (numbers\ingredients won't change in this version though). While this is very rich, I enjoy taking custard much higher than this. Just a light mix :)
Instead of just throwing in NY cheesecake I dig the ooo custard cheesecake. It lacks in the custard dept a bit but also it has little crust as well. Perfect fit here. Want this to add a little more creaminess & body. Tpa butter(see subs) adds to the overall richness without making it too oily.
Custards: Dual custards? Oh yeah. The fa is just crazy rich, a nice light vanilla, & all around my favorite custard to date. Only have 40 to try in the next 2 months, but my money is still saying this will be the best. Inw is another fantastic quick steeping flavor. It certainly has it's shortcomings in the body dept, but we'll fix those mostly with the premium. Yes, if you like custards & live in the US it's worth buying it from overseas & paying shipping for Custard Premium!
Vanilla: What happens when you combine the darkness with the light....Cap French vanilla sits nice in custards & with a touch of shisha should provide all the boost I needed to cover up any real cheesiness of the cheesecake, which is just there for creamy vanilla body.
Cake? I like it better than throwing some cap sugar cookie into the mix in this situation. Hint of vanilla. Doesn't come out as cakey at all. This is one you can bump up considerably before you get that yellow cake taste to come through the wall of DAAP we've constructed. (FW yellow cake contains sugars which can be harmful) Can be subbed with jf at same %
Sweetener: I like a little sweetener in my custards. This provides both sweeteners in one bottle. Although they are much weaker than their direct counterparts. It provides the very slight sugary mouth sensation of sucralose with the EM that just sits so well in most custards providing that body sweetness. I know .75% might seem like a lot, but it feels (to me anyway) like the equivalent of less than .15% cap ss. As always this is subjective, if you don't normally add sweeteners: don't. Or try with something like .35% 10% ethyl maltol solution if you just don't like sucralose.
Steep: I like this after 3 days, haven't tried it off the shake but I'm not the boss of you. Recommend to give it a week, gets better with age. Definitely an adv of mine.

Subs: Cap Golden Butter instead of tpa butter, some like tpa & hate cap while some are the opposite. Maybe cap butter cream is the middle ground 🤷♂️
JF Yellow Cake for the FW conveys the same message. But I would've used it had I felt it was the tastier option....
Cap ny cheesecake is what I wanted to avoid, but it can be used. If subbing cheesecake you'll need to compensate with added vanilla.
Back in "the commercial days" one juice K liked particularly was a strawberry cupcake vape by Blue Dot. I've never tried it myself but I do know how to make a tasty cupcake!
Just an easy & tasty Strawberry Frosted Cupcake. Cap vanilla cupcake with some support all around.
Gonna layer this one from the top down:
Top of the cupcake: Taking the bit of frosting from the cap cupcake and building it up with a nice layer of flv Frosting. Cap I feel almost mixes from the top down. I mean that as in use lower for almost all frosting, start cranking it to get the body of the cupcake.
The Strawberry: a combo of candied strawberry sweet & the thicker slightly jammy RF Strawberry SC. This is my favorite combo of strawberries at this time. Little cap super sweet to brighten these a little bit as well as being a general sweetener. Besides, what kind of sick Nazi wants an unsweetened cupcake?!
Cap Sweet Strawberry will work alright as a sub if you don't have jf. Flv sweetness at double duty for less gunk.
Cupcake body: once again cap is good for this part as well but also needs some help. Bolstering it with tasty jf yellow cake, which also needs a little help. Awwwww....friends helping friends. This is also tasty af with fw yellow cake, same %.
The steep: Good at 3 days when the strawberry sweet calms down & everything starts to come together. Shines at 5+ like most bakeries. Recommend giving it a week however.

Tank tested, tank approved.
Sweetener: Preferred level is 1 chubby gorilla drop of cap ss\10ml to sweeten & help the strawberry. Use your personal favorite sucralose based sweetener @ 2 times recommended % as cap is strong af & the only one I measure by the drop.
Subs\other uses: Many.
Take out the strawberry & replace with your fruit of choice. Leave it out & add .25-.5 cap cake batter or (unsure percent) fw cake batter dip (sugar warning) for a nice plain cupcake.
Sub flv Frosting for la cream cheese icing, NR Vanilla Frosting, Vt\wf buttercream frosting, you get the idea.
Version notes for those that like those:
V1.0 - based off mix I made in the beginning...this isn't bad but it's amazing what 450 more flavors & too much reading will do.
with cupcake at 3.5 cake 1.5 RF straw 2 jf straw 1.5 -
k: so good, better than blue dot's version!
Mills: really good, totally dig it but could use a little more cake & it may be me but I want to try taking a little off the RF.
V1.1 Just trying this to get a little more cakiness and eliminate that tiny little bit of green that occasionally pops up in RF straw (seems to be at higher wattages). Added .5 yellow cake & .5 to cupcake, reduced rf strawberry by .5, bumped jf by .5
V1.2: Public version. Cupcake was fine before, but leaving in yellow cake bump. Strawberry back to v1.0 minus .25% RF strawberry (just better with the edge given to RF)
Huge thanks to @NordicFlavours for his help & encouragement along with creating the base inspiration for this recipe. His 123 strawberry fluff is extremely tasty & I suggest trying it out for yourself. It really shows the quality of lb strawberry cheesecake.
Onwards to the notes:
General:Wanted a little more cheesecake and a bit of ye olde crust. Oh & I'm stuck on RF Strawberry SC, nice & jammy to go with the cheesecake. A hint of cap ss really helps the strawberry pop imo, 1 drop per 10ml instead of my usual 15.
Cap NY Cheesecake A delicious creamy cheesecake and staple of every mixers toolbox. It really works well with the lb strawberry cheesecake
Speaking of, LB Strawberry Cheesecake is a great flavor. Creamy, some get cakey, (very full flavored) while also blending in a delicious sweet thick candied strawberry.
RF Strawberry SC I'm not a strawberry non-taster, but I've heard this one works for the afflicted as well. & Lucky for them because it's a wonderful jammy Strawberry that kind of turns into a thick gooey strawberry when mixed with the cheesecakes. The super sweet helps to make the strawberry pop out a bit more.
TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) & Graham Cracker Clear:To finish off the cheesecake we need a nice graham cracker crust right? Right. This works. GCC is one of those things I bought way too much of as a rookie dumbass so I always try it 1st where applicable & find it actually does a pretty good job here.
Additional: could add a tiny amount of AP(.18 or so) if you want to crunch up the crust even further.
Picking a steep time on this one is hard because I feel it keeps improving over time (at least what I've been able to save). Tasty overnight, but I really recommend giving it 5 days for everything to fully meld together & magic the further than that you can make it last.
Enjoy & Happy Mixing 😎💨💨

Subs: only thing I can think of is fw\ecx sucralose or flv sweetness. I find cap easier to work with & cleaning coils isn't that big of a deal, but get sweetness & use (so far from what I've experimented with) about 1 5-2x as much as you would cap ss.
We know peanut butter banana & marshmallow sandwiches killed Elvises fat ass. Well that & Quaaludes. But we'll leave those out of the mix as it's rather difficult to recreate in vape form.
Wanted to go a little different here in using banana nut bread for a texture. Imagine more of a pb-banana-marshmallow fluff sandwich if you made it on banana nut bread. Even without gooey marshmallow this is a tasty mix because of how great banana nut bread is.
Combo of AP\banana nut bread\dx peanut butter sets up a nice start for everything. We get our nuts all up in a bunch here. Also I couldn't decide on AP at .25 or .5 so we'll say fuck quarters, I'm using a goddamn third.
No subs here sorry.
The banana cream seems to work well here (sub tpa @ 2%, if you don't have la banana cream, but you really should 😉) in conjunction with the marshmallow. Feel it kind of lends a hand smoothing things out along with adding it's tasty flavor. Not too strong or overpowering.
Fe banana is another one I played with, it works but this recipe almost needs more of a banana cream than a straight up banana. If you want more banana though it's a viable addition.
WF banana puree is another that would probably work with a little more marshmallow added as well, but honestly I'm so tired of revisions I don't have the motivation atm.
Pur banana is tasty af & I highly recommend picking it up, but it's realism just doesn't fit here.
Wf gooey marshmallow is here because it's a little more of what I was going for instead of an impromptu sweetener\edge-taker-off-er that we get with the tried & true tpa.
For a sub I would suggest fa marshmallow @ 1.25-1
5% as I feel it has a little more realism than tpa.
.15-2ish super sweet\1 drop per 10-15ml is good, but not a necessity so I will leave it up to you. Personally both K & I prefer it with 1 drop (10ml bcf size) flv sweetness but it is tasty without if that's your thing. If you normally add, don't be afraid of the gooey marshmallow being too sweet. It's much more true to it's name than tpa.
Steep: This one really isn't bad overnight, but 4-5 days would be optimal.
Enjoy & happy mixing! 😎💨 💨

Have a damn donut! 😋
For a cake donut base I wanted something a little different. Wasn't a fan of straight zeppola or the usual cap\tpa glazed donut concentrates on their own. Also the latter force a glaze on you. This works very well, stands up to a longer steep & lots of different flavor combos. Oh, I get zero play-doh from this which is a bonus.
Edit 7.12.19 This recipe holds up very well in a stock coil sub ohm tank. Even mesh(lose some texture but no mistaking it for anything but a donut).😀
Enjoy on it's own or add whatever floats your boat.
Donut base: zep for the fried dough note, enough for a taste & to give us an outside to fill with the cake mixture.
Yellow Cake & Cake batter: I want this to be a nice full flavor. 3% for that nice cake taste & texture. 1% Cap cb to help smooth the mix out & drive home that this is a cake donut. This flavor holds it's own & can really help fill out a cake mix in a heavier way. (If you wanted\can't get jf you could sub fw Yellow cake (sugar warning)) I have not tried this with cap cake batter v2, if anyone does\has I'd love to hear how it turns out! Thanks!
Sweetener: ( I used 1 drop\15ml of cap ss) seems needed for this on it's own I feel. But unless you want that plain donut that nobody else touches it helps. Leaving it out because someone always eats that donut. Not sure if desperation or enjoyment 🤔
To make this a glazed donut: add 1%ish la cci, or flv frosting or tpa frosted donut.
Powdered sugar donut: add .5- 1% ooo powdered sugar or, if you get powdered sugar taste from it: .5%ish tpa glazed donut. Even a little fa meringue would probably do the trick.
Blueberry donut: 2% tpa blueberry extra & 4% fw blueberry with .5% lemon Sicily (just one of several personal fave combination if not using the trifecta)
Will post my favorite version as soon as I'm done tweaking it.
There's really a ton you can build with this. It's tasty off the shake & 3-5 days should give it a fairly good chance to develop. Because of the cake batter, if you get off notes I ask you please give it a full week before rating :) I usually add fruits afterwards with this one depending what I'm in the mood for. Have suggested ratio at 80\20 so you can actually weigh it out as pre-mix on atf when adding flavors to it but we've vaped this between 65\35 on up without issue.
Enjoy & Happy Mixing! Feedback is always appreciated! 😎💨💨

Releasing this on my 6 months since last cig anniversary :)
K (my GF) wanted a thick vanilla marshmallow malt\milkshake vape. Very rich. Here is what she likes best. I look forward to mixing this with some updated ingredients, but this is made with all pretty common tools in a mixers arsenal.
Flv cream + Tpa malted milk + tpa sweet cream + fw hazelnut: to set up a nice creamy base with the hazelnut low. Want this to be a real malted milkshake & just wasn't getting it with the malted milk alone.
Vbic because it's a milkshake and you've gotta have some ice cream in there. Chose this particular one, well, because I have too damn much of it & it works.
Vanilla swirl for extra vanilla with some density to it. Oh and it's 😋
The marshmallows because it's a goddamn marshmallow vanilla milkshake.
Because of the creams I highly recommend waiting at least 5 days of steeping, but 7-10 is optimal.
Subs\adjustments: if you're a pepper taster just sub lb vic @ around 3.5-4%
Edit 5.1.19 Also a small amount of your favorite sweetener really helps this mix. More than 1 drop per 10ml of cap ss there is noticeable muting
Enjoy & Happy Mixing! Remember, feedback good or bad helps us all become better mixers
7.9.19: this one's done. Very different v2 with flv marshmallow vanilla & VT Milkshake base incoming..
