A thick, sweet, creamy, decadent strawberry milkshake that’s worthy of a throne. Notes to follow in due course when I have time but for now, enjoy!
This recipe has taken some inspiration from Platinum Blush created by the @developed lads! Please check there recipe out and if you mix this please leave a rating and short review for other mixers to see. 😀💙
A friend of mine recently popped round to see me over the Christmas holidays and he’d just been vapeshop and purchased this new liquid from “Just Jam”. He absolutely loved it and insisted I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised with this one I’ve gotta say!! It’s extremely jammy, bright and has a lovely biscuit/shortbread on the tale end of the exhale. Like all commercial ejuice’s it was fucking LOADED with sweetener! I would say there’s atleast 1.5% cap super sweet in the original and I just couldn’t bring myself to add that much so I opt’d for 0.75% and feel this is absolutely perfect for this recipe.
Since cracking this little beauty pretty much all my customers are hooked on it and literally can’t get enough, my friend who initially let me try the original has insisted my version is ALOT better and I definitely concur, even more so the fact that my version doesn’t cost £25 a fucking bottle!!! 🤬Please give this a mix and be so kind to leave your feedback and a rating so other mixers can decide whether to try it or not.
WHAT I USED & WHY...
Building my jam
My new go to pairing of strawberries to create an authentic (JAM) is VT Strawberry jam & INW Shisha strawberry, these 2 concentrates work wonderful together and portray that sticky,Jam like quality I was looking for with this recipe. When it comes to Blackberry concentrates I’ve tried them all!! The one I always go back to due to it’s none offensive, authentic like qualities is VT Blackberry, this works wonders in this recipe at adding some darker fruit notes without completely taking over and forcing the strawberries into submission! I use 0.5% FLV Jammy berry because I’ve found when building jams, this works great at filling in any gaps and adding a decent amount of “jammy ness” even when used at a small %. This concentrate does ALOT of heavy lifting!💯
Building my cookie/shortbread
This part of the recipe took the most work... After 8 different cookie variations all of which tasting pretty dam good,I decided to go about it a little different to the norm I’m used to. I wanted the cookie to be as close to the original as possible as I thoroughly enjoyed this part of the recipe and truth be told it’s the best best cookie/shortbread I’ve Vaped to date! JF Cookie/FA Graham Crust/CAP Sugar Cookie build a VERY authentic shortbread biscuit,it’s clean, crunchy and has great depth (more so than the original) and I will definitely be using this combo again in the future when I decide to play around with this kinda profile! It really is a winner. 🙂 Finally I use CAP Vanilla custard at just 1.25% to do 2 things....
1.) - To add some butter notes to our shortbread cookie.
2.)- Add even more mouthfeel to the overall vape and smooth out any rough edges. At small percentages CAP Vanilla custard v1 really shines when used for this kinda application.
Last but not least, CAP Super Sweet is used @ 0.75% and this is vital for creating the authentic sweetness that comes with a jam! Without it this recipe just doesn’t work so if your not one for using sweetener then this recipe isn’t for you I’m afraid...
I’m really proud of this one I would say it’s possibly one of my best recipes. S&V APPROVED Happy mixing guys and gals 💙
This week marks a double drop recipe upload for me. The first recipe being “SuperNutBusta” and the ice cream base used in said recipe I’ve released as a base/stone recipe right here. This is my take on Mr Whippy using a 3/2/1 formula,I hope it aids you well in your ice cream recipes. I mix this bad boy with 0.5% CAP SUPER SWEET and feel that’s perfect for my tastebuds however each to their own. Please Mix it up,leave a rating and short review for other mixers to see! Happy mixing guys and gals. Stay foggy!!! 😙💨💨💨
I mixed this recipe with 0.50% CAP Super Sweet. I felt this was perfect for my tastebuds and therefore is what I would recommend. If you don’t like the sweetness then don’t add it by all means. Certain recipes just really aid from that added sweetness and this is definitely one of them. I would love to hear your thoughts on this recipe whether that be good or bad so please mix/rate/review this recipe upon testing it,it helps others decide whether they want to give it a try or not and plus it helps me as a mixer. 😀 happy mixing guys!! 💙
First of all merry Christmas all and best wishes for 2020!
I’ve been toying with this recipe now for a few weeks on and off, pretty simple concept really,I wanted to create a delicious, easy butterscotch pudding. If you don’t like butterscotch then tbh I feel sorry for you!!! 😂 anyways starting off... one of the most versatile, deliciously flavourful butterscotch’s I enjoy vaping is a combination of FW butterscotch ripple and FA butterscotch combined. I find these 2 really work well together so using these was a no brainer. If you want this recipe how I intend it then these 2 concentrates are a must in afraid! I was recently introduced to VTA Creme Brulee thanks to @folkart and I’ve gotta say I’m absolutely LOVING IT!! Far superior to INW Creme Brulee however if that’s all you have then you can sub it @ 2%.
The Creme Brulee is combined with FLV vanilla pudding to create the base to our delicious, rich butterscotch pudding. The only sub for vanilla pudding is FLV vanilla custard @ 2.5% feel free to use whatever you have but just bare in mind l,it won’t be the same recipe. WF Bavarian Cream can be subbed for TPA Bavarian Cream @ 1.5% and is added to thicken the mix and smooth out the edges. I use CAP super sweet @ 0.5% as I enjoy the added sweetness and also like the way it makes the recipe pop more but if you don’t want to add it,don’t. Please mix and rate my recipe and as always happy mixing.
I DID NOT USE MB GLAMOUR CHOCOLATE!!! I USED MB-CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER MILK!!! unfortunately ATF doesn’t have MB chocolate peanuts butter milk in its database so I chose glamour chocolate just so I could input the percentage. PLEEEEEASE DO NOT USE GLAMOUR CHOCOLATE! 👍🏻
If your anything like me and LOVE LOVE LOVE Reeses then you honestly HAVE to mix this up! This recipe right here may just be one of my finest symphonies and I can’t put this stuff down! Its easily an ADV and I just wanna give a quick shout out to @nickevz with is great idea of adding cap sugar cookie to a milkshake recipe,it really does make a huge difference!! Great call mate. If you haven’t checked his work out please head over to his recipes as he has some killer shit. This recipe is S&V APPROVED but like everything in life, aging will only make it better.😉Please rate and review my recipe as it really helps others decide whether they want to try it or not. It also makes me a better mixer in the long run. 🙂 merry Christmas all and I really hope you enjoy this gem as much as I do. 💙
A recipe made for a friend on ATF. I find it humbling when I receive personal messages requesting a recipe due to that particular person enjoying my work so much. He’s a fan of custards so I wanted to make something a little different that’s definitely not your run of the mill custard profile but IMO tastes great. I like to think of this as a wintertime Creme Brulee that kinda has some Christmas influences but not enough to put this recipe in a “Christmas time only” category. I’m really enjoying this one it’s packed full of flavour without being to much for an ADV. you can S&V this one however 3 days and up is where it’s at! Give it a mix and leave your rating and review for all to see. Merry Christmas bjorama and everyone else in our awesome DIY community and best wishes for 2020!!! 💙
INW CREME BRULEE for VT CREME BRULEE @ 2.5%
JF DULCE DE LECHE for TPA DULCE DE LECHE @ 1.5%
CAP VC V2 for CAP VC V1 @ 3%
