Stawberry cheesecake stuffed crepe. Originally wanted to do a 123 cheesecake stuffed crepe, but the fruit notes in the WF crepe was throwing it off. I added the shisha strawberry and it brought it all together. The zeppola is added to give the crepe a little backing and give sweetness to the mix.
