An ooey gooey lemon bar with a thick, browned crust at the bottom. A delicious lemony treat that's perfect for any lemon lover's ADV 🍋🥮🥄

CNV Lemon Cream Wafer - The base of the entire recipe. This is a very distinct flavor and everything in this recipe was built around this ingredient. WF Lemon Squares & VT Sour Lemon - The supporting lemons that play into the entire recipe and other ingredients. VT Sour Lemon was added to just pump up the tartness a little bit more. CAP Shortbread, VT Croissant, & FA Vanilla Cookie - The mainstays of the bakery/crust element. The CNV Lemon Cream Wafer has a darker wafer flavor to it and these all support that + bring their own twist to the recipe. VT Pudding Base - helps with the gooeyness and overall mouthfeel of the lemon filling.

Sweeten to taste. It's not overly sweet, so if you prefer sweeter juices feel free to go up to the 0.8 or 1.0 range.


Steeping. This is a bit of a steeper. I found it needs around 10 days to come together but really shines after a full 2 week steep. You're welcome to try it before then (it's still pretty good), but patience will be a virtue with this mix.
