This recipe brings lovely together Brie with berries or simply bribery to your tastebuds.
u/7-Bongs posted for the Sour FOTW Notes episode how CAP Blueberry Jam and CAP Cantaloupe gave him a sour kick. Being a cantaloupe lover I knew I had to try it. It needed some work with the percentages and the help of a bit of pomegranate to turn out a bold and complex berry jam. Bringing out some beautiful tart notes while maintaining a subtile sweetness it screamed for a worthy complementary flavor. I worked with vanilla cupcakes, creams - all was working fine. Unfortunately I still missed a special something, a unique combination.
Since medieval times it's known how nicely cheese goes with jam. Was this the solution to a pleasant recipe?
Luckily Jackinbox had mentioned at a Vapicon call how FLV Brie Cheese and FLV Greek Yoghurt form with some time to steep an incredible creamy sensation. I had to try this! He shared his percentages with me and reminded me of the steep time.
Now I had an excellent pairing for the bold jam. CAP Cantaloupe has the versatility to bring this pairing together. Oncques Deus ne fist tel mariage comme de poire et de fromage. So true....
