So everyone knows I love the bakery flavors. I am also a sucker for a good lemon vape. So here I decided to make a really nice Lemon Cake for your mixing pleasure :)
So my main cake combo here is Simply Cake (PUR), Pandoro (FA), Lemon Cake (INW), and Ultimate Cake Batter (JF).
Then we load up some more Lemon flavor with Lemon (FE) and Lemon Custard (WF).
Then of course we have the nice icing created by combining the Meringue (FA) and Powdered Suger (OoO).
Sweetened nicely with some Super Sweet (CAP) at 0.5%
I know lately I have been using more flavors than what the average mixer wants to use, but they are all needed to get to where I want to go. This combination of flavors was exactly what I was looking for. A really nice Lemon Cake with Icing which is smooth and rich.
Although this one is pretty great off the shake, give it a 3 day nap to let the cake shine thru.
