This is my recipe for submission to midweek critique. Imagine having a tropical-citrus Italian ice cream by the pool at a party in IBIZA... Nothing could beat that!!! The ice cream layer is based on Developed´s Pistachio Gelato. https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/204805#pistachio_gelato_blind_remix_developed_by_developed. Lulo is a Tropical fruit well known in South America. It´s unique citric flavor is between orange, lemon and pineapple. I hope you´ll enjoy it.
