Cow Tales “are chewy candy snack sticks made of caramel and filled with cream – Not made from real cows' tails.”
I SFT’d SSA Milky Caramel Fudge and immediately thought of this candy. WF Caramel Butter brings it forward.
VT Devon Cream for the creamy mouthfeel and chocolate note. This is used low.
TFA Vanilla Custard II and WF French Vanilla Thick for their nice vanilla notes and mouthfeel.
For the sweet creamy center is OOO Powdered Sugar, FA Milk, and CAP Super Sweet. I think the super sweet should not be removed here.
