So-Ho-Ho-Ho (After Presents Remix)

Chocolate, caramel, vanilla, cream, and something I like to call "Grandma's Love," accurately depicted by Soho in this mix haha.

Meh, notes, schmotes. No one is going to mix this anyway so don't see the point in typing that all up. It's tasty. No subs, they just won't work. I mean, it could work, but good luck, and definitely would not be the same at all.

However, I feel like anyone who would mix this would want to know that:

1. If you try this before 3-weeks you're gonna taste something completely different than steeped. All Soho with hints of meh. It's not bad, but will leave you wondering why you mixed it in the first place.

2. At the 3-week mark I get a nice, ashy note from the Soho and Roasted Pecans. It goes away completely at the 4-week mark. I like both.

3. This isn't some hair-brained, mixman-has-gone-off-the-rails-again recipe. I submitted to MC a year ago, took the feedback seriously, and made it even better imo. It's been a long road. Thank you MC for being such a great crowd to bounce things off of, sharing your work, and trying everyone's recipes. <3

4. This goes great with custards. Like, to well really. Have a steeped custard recipe? Have steeped So-Ho-Ho-Ho? Mix them 1:1 in a tank or bottle and you might be a happy camper. :)
