A lemon meringue dessert, not sure if I would call it a pie...a dessert! 3 lemons to round out that profile...that Inawera Lemon Mix is the cat's pajamas! The Bavarian fills out the Meringue and the VCV1 ties the creams together. Yellow Cake, Cookie and Biscuit make up the bakery profile. Sweetener is optional. Simple, somewhat elegant, but delicious!!!! Mix it up and leave notes! Thanks.
