This is my take on the Charlie Chaplin cocktail which is apricot brandy, lime juice and gin. I would recommend swapping the light rum for botanical gin @ 2%. This mix benefits from the nice orangy citrus notes from it. I used light rum to comply with the assignment rules. Ingredients are self explanatory. I think it turned out really good as is. Mix it up hopefully you like too. Enjoy!
