This is my rendition of a Vanilla Eggnog Cookie.
The real stars of the recipe are VT Honeycomb combined with CNV Vanilla Pudding. Even at .75%, VT Honeycomb bridges the flavor between FLV Eggnog and CNV Vanilla Pudding perfectly. This gives the eggnog a more creamier and thicker body while VT Honeycomb presents a hint of toffee and honey. And what can I say about CNV Vanilla Pudding?...... It's silky, smooth, creamy and rich!
The base is FA Vanilla Cookie combined with JF Biscuit. The cookie and vanilla aspect of FA Cookie is amazing, Adding 1% of JF Biscuit gives the cookie a deeper and grittier texture along with a touch of butter.
