Double Down is a rich, bold and creamy coffee with notes of chocolate.
We're going to start this one of with smoky, roasty, delicious WF Brazilian Coffee at 1.5%. No woody off notes or nasty charcoal after taste just smooth coffee. To give it that BOLD flavor I expect from a mocha 2% FA Soho. This mocha absolutely needs some chocolate notes. Look no further than FLV mocha. It's a really nice dry dairy chocolate that tastes, to me, a lot like nesquik. We just need to give this recipe a little cream. FA Hazelnut is very good at making coffee creamy and a little FLV sweet coconut goes a loooong way in this recipe.
