There's probably something similar somewhere but I think it's one of the most simple an efficient custard I've ever made. It's absolutely delicious. # 2 week steep for cheesecake and biscuit to develop nicely. I use 0.75 fw sweetener, use your own sweetener or don't. Enjoy!
