So thought I'd start a v2 of the first recipe I ever shared online.
Peach layer: I kept cap juicy peach as it gives us a nice bright rounded peach flavour.
Cap yellow peach used to boost juicy peach & its works amazingly as a bridge between the peach n pineapple.
Pineapple layer: WF pineapple Candy gives us a nice bright pineapple note.
Cap golden pineapple is here to just help fill out the pineapple.
No sweetener needed as majority of the flavours in this have a nice natural sweetness to them.
If you're an unlucky one who gets harshness from peach n pineapple I'd recommend leaving it to steep for a few days.
