My first attempt at trying something from scratch using my culinary knowledge. I'm trying to get the smoothness of caramel and banana with a biscuit base finished with a smooth fresh cream and a hint of chocolate.1 day taste is pleasing me for the caramel/banana flavourings but I'm not quite getting the fresh cream I was looking for. It tastes like a banana Twix. Im going to let this sit and I'll report back
