I've been known to boost that Holy another percentage, depending on how saucy I'm feeling the day of mixing. You can't go wrong with Holy Vanilla, if you still have some.
Otherwise, you can swap it out with your choice of vanilla goodness, maybe add a percentage of FVH Cream or a percentage of your favorite custard note.
