Finally found the best ry4 sugar cookie mix. Took me a year of trying different flavor combinations, but here it is. THE ULTIMATE RY4 COOKIE. Simple, yet effective.
No astringency, or plasticy notes. Just sweet, caramelly, soft, chewy, sugar cookie goodness.
If you haven't noticed from reviewing my recipes this one follows the same rule as all my other recipes - the rule of fours. Four flavors + 1% super sweet.
I used to be like other mixers, using very minimal sweetener, adding flavor after flavor after flavor to build the perfect layered recipe. Turns out, what it takes to make something really great is a lot simpler. It took me a year to find all the "good" and "powerful" flavors. But now that I have compended a comprehensive list of the best flavors I own, I'm able to quickly build simple, yet very flavorful, recipes.
