WF Crispy Wafer SC,SSA Soft Waffle and FA Vanilla Cookie form the crispy waffle here.I made the strawberry cream from OOO Marshmallow (Vanilla),FA Vienna Cream and OOO Strawberry Jam.I think I've nailed the profile of a crispy waffle with strawberry cream nicely, but see for yourself.
Give the mixture at least 2 weeks to ripen.
