Give the mixture at least 2 weeks so that all the flavours combine properly unfolds its full potential.The strawberry transforms over time into a delicious strawberry syrup.
I like my liquids sweet and use 0.5% FW sweetener in this recipe, but it's also sweet enough at 0.25% for most I think.
