I'm sitting here thinking of a dumb name to call this god forsaken recipe. I'm watching a interview and "A Christmas Story" comes up. Well, "Red Ryder" would be a cool recipe name but I couldn't find the right picture plus we aren't even close to half christmas yet. Then, "red ranger " comes to mind and I start laughing. That's it. That's the dumbest name possible.
Anyways.
Strawberry and guava are the front runnings. Ripe and ultimate go well together. I maxed out the % at 3.5 and 2.25.
Push that guava to 4% where it blends well with the strawberry.
Pear for juiciness I wanted.
Hibiscus to syrup it up and make sure it doesnt get too watery
Yellow passion because it funks it up. 1.25 works without becoming too noticeably funkafied.
Honeysuckle because the original recipe felt like it was missing something. Honeysuckle helps bridge the gaps and rounds out any sharp edges
use sweetener if you would like. I used .5 cap ss
