an old fashioned bakery crumb cake , a thin layer of moist yellow cake with a thick layer of rich buttery crumbs. the pudding base , sugar cookie and rich cinnamon lend themselves well for the crumb , as do the yellow cake and cap v1 for the cake , and the butter rounds off the recipe. a 5 to 7 day steep , may tweak a bit , not sure.
