My take on Lemon Cheesecake! A wonderful, light, tasty Lemon Cheesecake, with a nice, apreciating Almond Backgroundaste. My wife love it to add some Cooler!
Add some sweetener if you need, but there are some sweet flavours inside, so i think there is no need.
