Learning to mix after my e liquid vendors sadly went belly up with new regs and shipping restrictions. MTL, I'm learning, is the exception and not the rule with DIY recipes so I'm starting to realize that even tried and true recipes might need to be adapted and I'm learning to focus on more "in your face flavors" and not expecting the nuances mentioned in the descriptions.
