A spicy decadent Carrot Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting....
Soon it will be that time of year. A chill in the air. Along with the chill comes the spiced pumpkin lattes and cakes. I'll be honest. I can't stand carrot cake. Carrots in a cake??? Hmmmm no. VTA Carrot Cake as a vape?? Amazing!!! The sweet spot is at 5%. It is a wonderfully deep-rounded cake. I wanted to give the cake a spicy aspect. I didn't have to look far. FLV Pumpkin Spice compliments VTA Carrot Cake wonderfully. This stuff is strong so I only needed .7%. VTA Vanilla Buttercream Frosting is a deep and delicious cream. It's so buttery and thick. With VTA Carrot Cake there's no need to add that many flavors. I kept it simple and I'm really enjoying it.
Enjoy and share your feedback.
Ok so i’m using carrot cake as the main flavor here at 4 % because at this % it’s not too overwhelming or to underwhelming . It’s just right at 4% . I then used Cream cheese icing for the center of the oreo at 1% is just perfect . We’re using Jungle Flavors Cookie at 2% and Cap sugar cookie at 2% to give it some Oreo cookie texture and also the sugar cookie is helping out the deep fried part of the recipe. we are then using WF Deep fried pastry dough-SC for a obvious reason at 1% gives it a deep fried taste and feel . Then i threw some OOO corn bread on that bitch to give it some more “cakey” texture for the deep fried part again . And also some CAP vanilla cupcake V2 to give it more fried cake ishness , Thsi flavor also adds some frosting to the mix because who doesn’t want to dip there deep fried carrot cake oreo in some cream cheese frosting ??? . And Last BUT not least you can go ahead and throw some super sweet in there if you would like at 0.5 to 1 % i would suggest not going over 1% . For ME 0.5 is perfect . This mix dose not necessarily need sweetener at all but it definitely brings the mix out more . As a shake and vape it’s good but after like 5 - 10 minutes of sitting the mix comes to life but i am sure after a few weeks steep time the cookie parts texture will shine like no tomorrow . So have fun with this one and mix it up and give it a 5 star rating if you like it . witch i’m positive you all will . especially if you all liked developeds “Deep fried birthday cake “ . That’s actually where i got the inspiration for the Deep fried part . At first i was just going to make a Carrot Cake oreo . But i figured that was kind of boring . So shout out to the developed team for coming up with such a good deep fried base with there Deep fried birthday cake recipe deep fried birthday cake recipe . It’s also an amazing vape so go check that out too on Alltheflavors there screen name is obviously Developed . Much LOVE and keep mixing . Always say FUCK a FLAVOR ban . And remember to say Fuck You to your politicians that believe in banning out life saving products . Pec out vape fam and stay tuned for more mixes to come and feel free to message me on here if you have any questions or need any kind of help that has to do with mixing specially if you’re a beginner.
I currently live in the area where Carrot Cake has originated.
So Carrot Cakes are a thing here, every family has their own recipe.
Some have frosting on it, some not. I like it without frosting which brings out the actual flavors of the carrot and the hazelnut a lot more.
Although i am not very happy with the available Carrot Cake flavors on the market, i thought i use two of my favorite ones in a recipe.
ooo Carrot Cake is definitly the one which comes the closest to an actual swiss Carrot Cake, but it fades very quickly and doesn't have that hazelnut note that i am missing in all of the varieties.
I paired it with VT Carrot Cake and ooo Corn Bread and JF Hazelnut to blend all of the respective qualities together.
I added a drop or two of FLV Bourbon and i use up to 0.5 sweetener.
Freshly mixed it's just a mess as the cakes and corn bread need to calm down.
Give this mix a good steep (1 week) and it will taste a bit more the way i like it.
It is not a very strong recipe, it is not as strong as some of other cake recipes, but i like it as and all day vape in a lower wattage vape setup.
TFA Banana Nut Bread is a solid flavor on it's own, however I like my banana nut bread with a bit of that frosting on top. VT Carrot Cake provides buttery richness and moisture to the body as well as a sweet buttercream frosting . You don't want too much carrot cake here though, as it is quite rich and will drown out the subtleties of the banana nut bread. MB Nut Banana will add some of the awesome MB soft banana notes to counter any slight fading as well as adding some welcomed extra hazelnut.
You could play around with percentages to suit your tastes but this combo should get you there. At 12% of flavoring I found this gold enough to share as a quick and "deliberately" and carefully consolidated 3 flavor mix.
I use a single coil RDA , 0.28 Ohms 50 Watts.
You can S&V this one however it does get immensely better after a couple of days! Sweetener is optional on this one guys, I personally like a little sweetness so I added 1 drop (CAP SUPER SWEET) per 15ml.
I’ve been playing around with this recipe for quite some time now and i absolutely LOVE carrot cake so I really had to do this recipe some justice and in my eyes, this shit is tasty af! Please mix it up and leave me your feed back it would be most appreciated if you would also rate my recipe that would be great. 💙
