Refreshing, zesty and slightly bitter classic cocktail.
The base is the obvious choice VT Botanical Gin + VT Tonic Water and works seamlessly. Needed citrus is given by FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed and FE Lemon, VT Bergamot adds to the aroma. INW Cactus does its thing giving freshness, but lies hidden in the mix. VT Fizzy Sherbet smoothes it all out, and gives an extra zesty touch. Can add CAP Cucumber, to smooth it out 2-3% but it is great as is. Helps clean cotton like a champ, specially after tobaccos!

A sort of Gin-fizz-let with citrus and lime. Refreshing and satisfying!
VT Botanical Gin is aromatic, grassy and delightfully strange. CAP Juicy Lemon tries to stand out but FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed and VT Bergamot tie it down. Might use a better lemon (FE lemon) when I get it, but its fine as it is.
Could use a little fizz? We'll see if I don't ruin it all by adding some.
