I wanted to make a quick steep pudding with out custard or FLV pudding for daytime franks show on puddinghttps://youtu.be/2Uf1VbUySSk so this is where avocado comes into play. On the inhale you get a bright sweet ripe strawberry that transitions to a creamy sweet pudding and on the exhale you get a buttery sweet cookie note. best on an RDA around 50 - 60 W
Avocado cream VT avocado is used for the silky almost buttery texture with a slight banana note, that will add some additional sweetness
INW Biscut the texture will be able to hold up in this mix and add some additional buttery notes on the exhale
Cake batter adds some sweet vanilla body to the mix and also has the unique benefit of having an animal cookie note
FA Juicy strawberry is a great slightly jammy ripe strawberry that will be able to stand out against this base.
FA fuji apple adds some bright sweet top notes , that support the strawberry in this mix. and helps to pull the strawberry out a bit from the pudding
milk and honey adds some darker sweet base notes for this mix as well as some additional body
VT sweet cream adds some creamy body and diary to the mix , it is shorter steep then most creams and does not add an additional strong vanilla note but does have a slight caramel note on the exhale
sweet Coconut adds some silky and creaminess and a natural sweetness
NOTES: this is pretty intrinsically sweet but if using sweetner I would recommend using FLV sweetness around .30% to .50%

⭐NOTE* Oatmeal in this recipe is Oatmeal & Milk (FE) - This flavor has not yet been added to ATF⭐
🏷️ An Avocado, Banana, & Cheesecake Milkshake recipe with bits of Oatmeal.
At the front is a mild and authentic creamy Avocado and semi-ripe natural Banana. At the base; a creamy milkshake utilizing LB's Vanilla Ice Cream and FA's Premium custard. The milkshake base is complimented with FE's Oatmeal & Milk along with INW's fatty and rich Yes, We Cheesecake; providing a nice thick finish.
➧Tested Live same day, it is a balanced mix with mild avocado notes with stronger banana notes. I would like to see how this steeps out after 1 - 2 weeks. The addition of FW Sweetener @ 0.25% is optional.
Here it starts!

If you’ve never tried avocado chocolate mousse before, this recipe will take you completely by surprise!
Not only does this velvety chocolate dessert taste utterly decadent, it let you go to chocolate heaven. It is rich and silky smooth… and you really can’t taste the avocado or can you...
Made with VTA Smooth Avocado Cream and VTA Chocolate Mousse enriched with FA Almond and FLV Cream and some FA Marshmallow to bind the mix.
What you will experience is a soft smooth silky chocolate inhale with a nice crunchy almond touch, on the exhale, heavenly totally delicious, chocoholic vape with the richness of the avocado cream.
*Add sweetener to your likings I did not use any.
Steep 7 days
NOT A SNV(there's a reason why I changed the recipe name from "S'mich" to "20-Day Steepwich"!! Trust me on this...
NOTES & B.S.:
The OBVIOUS choice for the peanut butter was TFAs. It's just such a great flavor that can be easily overtaken at low percentages. So I cranked that shit WAY up! TFA PB lacks(to me) the roasted peanut flavor I taste in real peanut butter. Enter FLV Peanut Butter and you've got yourself one excellent peanut butter base to build upon.
The result of adding the next 2 flavorings is a thick/creamy, salty peanut butter. Anyone who loves peanut butter vapes knows there is always something lacking. And my mix was no different. My peanut butter definitely needed an additional shove in the right direction. And I found a GREAT use for VT Avocado Cream in the process. The way this concentrate thickened that peanut butter up is nothing short of miraculous! This flavoring is vital to this recipe. It can't be subbed & it can't be omitted. Add to that FW Salted Caramel, and you've got one nicely rounded-out peanut butter. JIF, anyone?
For the strawberry portion of my sandwich, I wanted something a little different. I didn't really want a "jam". I wanted more of a strawberry pie-filling vibe. This nuance is what makes VT Glazed Strawberries a very necessary part of this recipe. It can't be subbed. It can't be omitted. I added to that CAP's Sweet Strawberry for both sweetness and a syrupy quality.
FA Joy=my bread. I'm not a huge user of Joy because I'm one of those people who tastes beer. But if you aren't like me, feel free to crank your Joy up to 0.5-1%.
I didn't add sweetener to my final version, as I found-for me-sweetener killed my peanut butter texture(no matter how low or which sweeteners I used) & killed the "tingly" feeling on my tongue left by the VT Glazed Strawberries. Textures, to me, are what make this recipe unique and memorable. I encourage you to try this 1st without sweeteners(at 20 day's steep of course). If you find you need it? Add it. But don't blame me if your PB texture disappears :)
I've found that around 48 watts, this flavor has a nice balance of where I want it to be in terms of no one flavor taking the lead(0.4 ohm flatwire coil). I kept my airflow 1/4-1/3 open. At around 60 watts, it's more on the salty side. And the peanut butter is more of a salty "peanut" flavor, as opposed to a peanut butter. At 75 watts, the sweetness kicks back in and the strawberry is more dominant. The recipe morphs alot dependent upon what temperature you kick it at. Have fun playing around & finding the setting you want. I found that to be a fun part of vaping it!
FYI: Unsteeped the recommended amount of days, this will taste very weird(VT Glazed Strawberries needs to steep. I can't even describe the wretchedness of this flavor when fresh.). I nearly trashed this whole recipe after I'd tasted it fresh. I felt there was NO way a horrible flavor could steep into how I wanted it to steep. Imagine my shock and surprise when this actually turned out the way I'd intended!!
VG recommended is 75%. This eliquid is meant to be thick and the percentages will stand out even at a high VG like 75%.
As always, I hope you enjoy this. It was quite a tricky recipe to work out. But when I finally settled on the flavors I wanted, the percentages just fell into place.
I ask that you don't use my recipe for commercial profit. I also ask that you don't share it to any other websites. I thank you for respecting me in my wishes.
I continue to worship the ground that the E-Juice Makers crew walk on. Their knowledge, work, and generosity is far superior to my own. And yet, they welcome me like one of their own. I love them more than they know!!
#EJUICEMAKERS for life!!
I really wanted to try to make something with Avocado cream (VT) it is a pretty solid buttery creamy profile - it does have a slight banana note that was present in all the percentages I tested at ( 1, 2 and 3) . That banana back note works in this recipe but may not work in a more savory type vape.. Adding citrus to it seems to even bring that note out more and acts as the top note . The honeysuckle and meringue add the sweetness that is needed in a gelato . and bring the vanilla galeto and avocado together in this mix . The Key lime is the top note and well who does not like lime and avocado! This is a a creamy light bright gelato that could easily be an ADV . The percentages are made for a RDA and profile may not be strong enough in a subohm
