A classic lemon cream consisting of a light vanilla cream with natural citrus notes.
Both the cream and the lemon are in tune with each other so that the end result harmonizes.

The basic components of the cream are (FA) Custard Premium combined with (FA) Cream Fresh and (OoO) Cream Milky Undertone. The (TPA) Ethyl Vanillin with (CAP) French Vanilla form the light vanilla flavor and round it off. (FE) Lemon and (CAP) Jucy Lemon play together as the lemon component and are supported by (FA) Meringue.

Mix and try it, you will not regret :-)

A few weeks ago I came home in the evening. I was soooo hungry. In the refrigerator I found my favorite vanilla pudding. I topped it with hazelnuts and peanuts and was very happy about the taste experience. A sweet cream vanilla pudding with a nutty tartness. So I decided to create a recipe based on that idea.

The (CNV) Vanilla Pudding is an excellent flavor. It is supported by the (CAP) Vanilla Custard and (FA) Cream Fresh. The (CAP) Vanilla Custard adds a little depth on it and the (FA) Cream Fresh adds the whip.
For The Hazelnut Note, I opted for a mix of (FA) Hazelnut and (FW) Hazelnut. (FA) Hazelnut is an authentic but dry hazelnut. To balance that out, I used (FW) Hazelnut. For an extra nuttiness I‘ve added (TPA) AP at 0.5% . Additionally I took the (FLV) Beer Nuts on top.
(You can add 0.3% Super Sweet if you want - I like it without)
The recipe nailed it. Very tasty!

Just a moment. Five measures of Vanilla Custard, one and half measures of French Vanilla II, three measures of Lemon Lime. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel. Got it?

Shaken not stirred is a refreshing custard with lime. That’s not the in the middle of your face custard but one with the right finesse as well as a good presence.

For the custard I wanted a bright not eggy but dense custard base. CAP Vanilla Custard and TPA French Vanilla II form this base which is hold together nicely with the Ethyl Maltol. The hint of the Ethyl Vanillin gives it just the extra edge to provide some additional subtlety.

The CAP Lemon Lime brings the Lime and extra sweetness to the mix. At 3% it could not fully stand the custard, so it needed a little help from CAP Super Sweet instead of bringing the percentage up. Additional Key Lime did not help holding the French Vanilla II under control which did initially not work to well together with the Lemon Lime. After many variations I tried TPA Key Lime Pie and it helped to close the gap from to the Lemon Lime and it hold the French Vanilla in place where it should stay. Also here a little goes a long way.

I am a long steeper when it comes to my mixes and personally do double the steeping time I recommend, so sometimes you have to give the mix some extra time since this is not an exact science.

Enjoy!

It’s a fruity Cereal Bar with a hint of cream,
the Fuits are ForrestFruits, so I decided to put in Boysonberry(CBV) at 0.5% for the Rasp/Blackberry’s
and Shisha Strawberry.
In case you got no CBV BB, replace it with FLV.

It get its cereal crunch from the HornedToffe and the AP.

Till now it only misses the Chocolate....
