Framboise is French for raspberry., but this pie is not just any pie, it has a chocolate cookie crust, raspberry yogurt/ cheesecake middle, and a thick meringue on top.
For the crust, I am using MB Cookie Bite with JF Biscuit. The cookie bite is a beautiful chocolate cookie and the biscuit adds the perfect texture for the bottom.
For the cheesecake/yogurt layer, I am using, OOO Vanilla Custard Cheesecake with TFA Greek Yogurt. This gives a great creamy cheesecake base with a nice tartness to add SA Raspberry and FLV Boysenberry.
The meringue on top is of course WF SC Flapper Pie. This concentrate is just essential for a Pie with a meringue.
