When tired of all, apples come to save the day!
A natural, slightly tart but also sweet and smooth green apple.
Anton Apple YC (Inawera) gives the peel and delightful aroma, but it is a little thin. Sour Apple (Flavorah) adds some tartness and a great smooth sweetness. These two make the main profile.
Two Apples (Inawera) and a touch of powerful Fuji Apple (FA) help fill in the middle.
Coolada (Inawera) is like WS-23, helps chill, use to taste.
Refreshing, zesty and slightly bitter classic cocktail.
The base is the obvious choice VT Botanical Gin + VT Tonic Water and works seamlessly. Needed citrus is given by FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed and FE Lemon, VT Bergamot adds to the aroma. INW Cactus does its thing giving freshness, but lies hidden in the mix. VT Fizzy Sherbet smoothes it all out, and gives an extra zesty touch. Can add CAP Cucumber, to smooth it out 2-3% but it is great as is. Helps clean cotton like a champ, specially after tobaccos!
INW Coolada (or WS 23) to taste. Cheers!
A sort of Gin-fizz-let with citrus and lime. Refreshing and satisfying!
VT Botanical Gin is aromatic, grassy and delightfully strange. CAP Juicy Lemon tries to stand out but FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed and VT Bergamot tie it down. Might use a better lemon (FE lemon) when I get it, but its fine as it is.
Could use a little fizz? We'll see if I don't ruin it all by adding some.
Okay, okay, it is a Kanzi in the picture (for the purists!) ;P
ADV for my buddy, likes Fuji apples.
Made it refreshing, Apple Fuji (FA) is great and Two Apples (INA) give more body, Lime Tahity Cold Pressed (FA) rounds it all. I used the new Coolada (INW) and it is a beast! Not sure about Sour, will play with it a while...
