This is my second recipe in my healing stone line of recipes. Now I'm not into healing stones at all, but I'm enjoying making out of the box recipes and profiles so I'm going to continue down this path!
Citrine is a joyful stone with bright energy which lights up many aspects of lives of those who work with it. It has energies of good fortune and good luck, though these may appear in unexpected ways.
Citrine is a fabulous stone to use to combat negative energy of any kind by breaking them up and dissipating them.
Citrine is a happy stone. It can bring happiness to the person who carries or wears it. Because of its removal of negative energy and its own bring positivity, it can relieve depression, self-doubt, anger, and irrational mood swings.
Citrine is used to reduce self-destructive tendencies. Citrine can help overcome emotional traumas and grief that may lead to these emotionally self-destructive issues.
Taking this into consideration I wanted to embody the bright orange/brown color, bright in your face vibe, and sunshine type feeling. I wanted to create a well balanced orange, citrus, fruit vape with some dark and earthy notes. I can taste orange, grape fruit, mango, and apricot all nicely balanced. I used liquid amber and FA carmel together to give is a sweet, earthy, and over ripe note. I used the TFA Quice to bolster everything together and give it a fruity zip. This one took a while to balance out, but I'm thrilled with the result.
Sometimes we take all our skills and struggle to perfect a mix. This is NOT one of those times. This time the stars aligned and blew up a beautiful sweet pink starburst on the first try. Now there was for thought in the percentages and the FA Mandarin plays off that tangy juicyness you get from an actual starburst. The Real Flavors is the Super Concentrate so keep that in mind speaking of Mind get yours blown and mix this shit.
After getting involved with the DIY_EJUICE Monthly Clone Challenge, I ordered some Titan from the good people at Blue Dot Vapors. Upon trying it, I feel it taste very similar to Amalfi by Bigglesworth Labs, which I've been working on cloning for quite some time. Titan definitely has a lovely spice on the finish of the exhale, whereas Amalfi is more jam-like and consistent across the vape.
I've had a multitude of Amalfi clones, and recently been taking it in my own direction. Once I tried Titan, I simply removed FW Tres Leches and replaced it with CAP Gingerbread. I also excluded FA Liquid Amber. I'll tell ya what, even fresh, this tastes like it's going in the right direction. Although I obviously haven't had a chance to see how it steeps, based on the previous iteration I expect it to be as delicious if not moreso, as the Gingerbread really adds the extra dimension of flavor.
INW/FA Apricot- I must say I'm a big fan of LA Apricot, but FA seems a bit tangier, juicier, and punches through longer during the exhale. INW lends that soft, almost peach-like quality.
FA Torrone/Almond/Meringue- While I used TPA Almond in my Amalfi attempts initially, FA's offering is less sweet and seems to be a bit more "musty" which works well in bakeries. The Torrone adds almond as well, as well as a citrus zest that helps the Apricots poke through. Also when combined with FA Meringue, it steeps into a beautiful sweetness that seems intrinsic rather than sitting on top of the other flavors.
FA Tanger- While this is a new addition to this recipe, I don't really know how it will play out during a steep. A bit forward at the moment, but definitely well in the ballpark and adds a nice zing to the Apricots. This may end up being reduced to .75%.
AP/TFA Vanilla Cupcake/JF Yellow Cake- This was my base for Amalfi (+FW Tres Leches 1%) and seems to be a fine fit here. Initially, I used FructoseWild's Yellow Cake, but changed to JF because even though I don't mind, others may not wish to consume that concentrate. TFA beats CAP Van Cupcake with a little extra sweetness, and a shorter steep time. I feel the AP helps with seperating the layers of flavors, so fruit over bakery instead of fruit + bakery x blender= bleh.
CAP Gingerbread- Again, a new part of the recipe that, at least fresh, seems like it will be in the right direction.
DISCLAIMER- This is not meant to be an outright clone, just a modification on a similar recipe. That, and my tastebuds are like that Turkish neighbor of yours that wears sunglasses at night, buys large amount of black trash bags, and drives a Chrysler Sebring convertible...AKA on the Not To Be Trusted List. If you people knew what I put my tastebuds through...
Well I will start by saying I've never had "Normal View" from Grimmgreens signature line but when I heard the description of "cranberry orange sugar cookie" I couldn't get the thought out of my mind. I wanted to eat and Vape that profile immediately! Went to order a bottle online and couldn't bring myself to do it so I added a couple flavours to my cart and waited for them to show up.
Building this liquid was a surprising challenge but with a little help I was able to dial in the right percentages and flavours to create what I believe to be a near perfect Vape.
So I got to try fantasia a e liquid from a company over in Malaysia which for a premium e liquid I was pleasantly surprised so on that basis thought I'd have a bash at a remix, so remember a remix not a 1:1 clone.
Obviously this is a take on Fanta orange we all know what that is so I won't rubbish you with the bullshit. I will tell you though that although it's only 1 profile it did take some negotiation to get this to where I liked it combining a few orange flavours and other little teasers that combined together to create a simple but tasty vape that's juicy, refreshing and icy cold.
So I guess it's time to bore the shit out of you with some info and notes, skip to the recipe if you ain't bothered.
FW blood orange
This is the base of the profile it's an excellent orange that does somewhat need pushing more towards the higher percentages. This works for the top end of a orange drink it's bold authentic and plenty juicy to build upon.
Cap sweet tangerine
This added more sweetness and juice to the blood orange it melds together to combine more authenticity to the orange. Go to high and it starts getting towards a candy but at 2% it's enough.
By far the most authentic of the 3 so we need this in here it adds some freshness to the orange and more zest we want a refreshing drink here and by adding this it adds that zest and accents the bolder orange flavours.
We all know how good dragonfruit is for blending together fruits it's no exception here it really pops the orange flavours and acts as a emulsifier.
A little here really calms them citrus notes and takes away any harshness you might detect while smoothing the vape out.
It's a drink for gods sake we want that wet feeling when we drink so it has to be included I detected this in the original juice you get that infamous cactus note.
Cap super sweet
This flavour is in all premium juices so if we're trying to get close then let's not forget premium liquids go to staple ingredient.
A new kid on the block when it comes to cooling effects and this stuff is the shit don't be scared by the 2% it works and is as close to the original liquid in terms of cooling.
That's it mix this up and enjoy love it like I love you xx

~A juicy refreshing tangerine/white peach fruit mix that will soon become your new ADV~
I don't usually vape straight fruit mixes. But the formulation of "Utopia" changed all that for me. Its' genesis was quite the happy accident. This recipe was NOT what I originally set out to create. Far from it. My goal was a fresh, juicy apricot liquid. Anyway, after some 10 different variations of apricot 'this' and apricot 'that', I became frustrated and just wanted to relax for awhile and un-think my poor brain, in order for something else to occupy the space in my mind.
I pulled open my Flavour Arts brand drawer and immediately saw FA White Peach and FA Mandarin lying on top of the other neatly organized storage drawer's bottles. THAT was the happy accident. But what followed was purely brilliant and well thought out.
It's highly unusual that my flavor drawer would not be neatly arranged in alphabetical order. I immediately picked up the two bottles and imagined what they would taste like in my mind. I admit, I was intrigued...but not completely convinced in my imagination that those two would be enough to satisfy and leave me wanting more. I don't know about anyone else, but I was in need of a new "All Day Vape".
I leaned back on the floor and imagined the imaginary(lots of imagining here) eliquid to need something to..."juice" it up, sweeten it up, and maybe even "pulp" it up a smidgen. I immediately grabbed the bottle of FA Berryl(Raspberry). That flavor, as I recalled, is certainly juicy, sweet, and "fleshy" like a fresh real fruit. I smirked to myself and thought "Shit. This is gonna be good".
So, ignoring all thoughts of the pressure of the World Cup challenge, I simply sought out to make a nice fruit vape I could just 'chill' to. I figured, "Tomorrow I'll rethink possibilities to enter into the competition".
Long story long(no one can say that was a short story), I mixed it up at the percentages that made sense in my head. And the rest is....Utopia! Enrich your senses with a mouth-watering(created solely by the Berryl) inhale of sweet fresh tangerine, followed by an exhale of juicy white peach. I really believe the FA Berryl (Raspberry) makes Utopia special. It provided nuances that Inawera's Cactus flavoring can only DREAM of! To call this a peach/tangerine mix is blatantly imprecise. As it is so very much more...
Pure deliciousness. Pure mouth-watering fulfillment. Pure...Utopia!
A clone of Shurb by Jimmy the Juice Man. Great fresh, best after one or two days.
