I wanted to play around with FLV Mimosa and found a good pairing with DV Absinth and FM Gin Orange.
It creates a kind of boozy mentholated vape which is fairly pleasing after 3 days of steeping.
It almost gives the impression that there is koolada in the recipe, but that's just the combo of the Absinth and the Gin.
You can vape it DL, but to me it tastes best when used in MTL.
ZING is the first word that came into my head because it's that kinda lemon style mix. It's got some zing yet the balance of flavor is a very pleasant thing!
Kinderground recently spoke of the loveliness of VTA Sour Lemon & FE Lemon working together, I think it was on "Noted" on the DIY or DIE YT channel.
While I know those flavors well, before this recipe I can't recall putting these together but I am very glad I did. Me being me, wanted to go to the extreme and also offer a little zest note that the other lemons lack (not a bad thing), hence a little FA Lemon Zest was added & works really well here I think.
Now as pleasant as that little lemon trinity is, it's not a stand alone vape rather it's more of a stone to use in other profiles like this.
To make things simplish I thought, lets add this "Trinity" to a custard. A custard that's full, creamy and a little sweet to compliment the lemons and mellows out those higher lemon notes that keeps things lovely and balanced. After playing with a few combinations I really enjoy the full yet smooth mouthfeel of how FA Custard premium works with Butterscotch Ripple and a little Holy Vanilla.
Altogether after an at least 7 day steep allowing for the lemons to settle and the creams to meld this comes together in a way that I think is lovely and offers a balance to the "Zing" of the lemons.
IMO this is a very pleasant and enjoyable vape on a single coil RDA at 60W with a SST single coil at 0.2 ohm
I hope you enjoy this just as much as enjoyed creating this little recipe but let me know what you thought in the comments below.
Seriously if you wanna a solid recipe that works give it a go!
Cheers for reading this far, now go and get mixing!

I'm a fan of rice pudding, but I have to lose weight, so I can only vape it. I tried a lot of rice pudding out there, but the rice was too much prominent. So I tried a lot of combination in order to calm down the rice and finally, don't ask me why, I put there the TFA white chocolate. And BOOM. Finally a sweet, smooth, tasty, all-day-vape rice pudding.
You will find some things strange in this recipe:
- that 4.25% of TFA white chocolate is unusual, it was a mistake in mixing, but it's the perfect percentage, believe me.
- Lemon zest could appear a strange flavor to put in here, but that 0.25 % give a brightness to all the recipe.
- the name it's not only a good word combination, it's the teaser for a lot of rice pudding combination I will recipe in future. In fact you can use this recipe (without cinnamon) as a perfect rice pudding base. Soon I will publish a Rice of a nation - jam, a Rice of a nation - coffee etc etc.
You can shake & vape or you can wait 2 night in order to taste the perfect combination of flavour.
Please review it, let me know what do you think about.
To celebrate national gin day here’s a really tasty gin cocktail showcasing VTA gin and tonic flavours while adding a twist to these great 2 flavours with addition of VT orange marmalade which is really a excellent marmalade flavour that’s authentic and packs a zesty orange flavour that compliments the gin and tonic. A really refreshing vape that sings orange while the gin and tonic flavours show there presence.
Chocolat-orange cake with a dark rich cake and a luxurious hint of orange.
Chocolat deutsch: A delicious Dark rich chocolat cake with coconut.
Chocolate, cocoa, dark bean: Allthough the coconut isn't anoying in the chocolat deutsch, the recipe doesn't call for it. By layering the dry cocopowder like cocoa and the smoother almost milky chocolate along with a bit of the bitter notes of the coffee i'm attempting to sway the balance away from the coconut a bit.
Graham cracker clear and golden butter: Cause every cake needs some of that.
Hazelnut: Well take your pick of wonderfull properties. Nutty, creamy, moisturing, ...
Blood orange and lemon zest: I got the Blood orange flavor hoping for a great orange to use in a orange creamsicle but for some reason, none of the oranges that i've tried tend to work for me there. I always get a orange syrup like flavor so I thought i might have better luck using it for what it is. The lemon zest is to up the zesty part this recipe calls for.
Sweetness: well it is a sweet profile so... Wreck your coils and wicks with super sweet if you want. This is what I use (or a homebrew blend of stevia in glycerin and sucralose that is kinda the same)
Dispite the dark flavor profile, this juice is clean and pure and will keep your gear wicking and vaping long time.
as you might noticed, i am creating a lot of crazy stuff lately.
I found good inspiration with food pairings and give opposite flavors a chance to play together.
here, i made a interesting recipe for you which includes tartness, fruits, limes, tea and guava
the tartness of cranberry has distinct floral note that blends well with lemon tea and bergamot.
Guava is used here not only to give a juicy mouthfeel but also adding floral notes to the cranberry.
Key Lime is added to boost the high notes, lime zest adds sharpness.
it needs to sit 3-4 days, but after that it will be a taste you might not expect.
