This is a vanilla cupcake with cherry buttercream frosting. The forest fruit and boysenberry add some much needed body and darkness to inw cherries and takes away some of these dreaded cherry off notes. I totally stole this trick from the mixing godfather himself Addy Tuney.

Wanted to revisit that fruity dessert pizza from my childhood days. We shall see how this goes.

Using the crepe and starch base to try and get a slightly sweet, not yeasty, dessert dough. Cream cheese icing is the sauce and forest fruit for a slightly fresher, not jammy type mixed berry topping. Sweeten to taste.

I love the flavour of lychee, but I often find it too floral and syrupy. So my goal in this mix was to use the flavour in a way that is light and refreshing but without the floral and syrupy qualities and turn it in to something ADVable. So here ya go. A nice blend of Lychees and berries.

This is spot on crunch berries I'm done trying to mix this recipe it's tasty as it is just thought I would share it....yes the sweetener is high but it's a sugary cereal and Purilum super sweet is the best IMO.

Ok this is my current project as blue raspberry and tasty berries light coconut with a mild chill perfectly blended together that's "Venomous "

A combination of Tuney’s Cherry base and Alfred Pudding cheesecake base. Added shisha vanilla as an emulsifier to pull the 2 together. Steep 5 days for the cheesecake to settle in.

A nice creamy vanilla ice cream with blue raspberry candies mixed in.

juicy, syrupy sweet berries with a touch of wild mint. Not trying to reinvent the wheel here, berries and mint has been done plenty times before. Just put together a quick mix and it turned out to be a great SNV, so went public with it :)
