DripDrop wanted to see what Slasha could come up with, so here it goes. It is a citrusy cocktail using rum as the base. I wanted to lighten it up a little, something that could be vaped in the coming warmer months for a nice refresher.
Lime wedge is higher than normal for FLV, but it fades quite a bit after 3-5 days. It SHOULD fade out enough to be a much better mid-note once it settles down. The lime is there to help boost the fade from the wedge, but keeping a slightly more "fresh" hint to it.
A lot of the flavors are slightly sweeter in nature, sweeten to taste :)
Lemon lime slush with a sharp grapefruit, sweet and icy and straightforward.
This is the only recipe my girlfriend asks me to make for her again and again.
FLV Lime has that slushy type lime flavour but has a nasty chemical flavour also so i had to cover it with other flavours like pink guava, tahity lime and 2% ws-23.
FW Kiwi adds a little something extra to all the citrusy flavours, it tames them down maintaining the tropical vibe.
Ws-23 and super sweet balance each other so its not a blast of ice covering everything.
I have made quite a few versions of this profile and I am finally satisfied.
Tested with Citadel rda , Adgard Mini rda , Blotto Rta and Intake dual RTA
I did use these flavors a bit higher than I usually would and not just one of them I pushed them all a bit higher than normal. Below ill leave a quick reason for each..
Lemonade FLV is my favorite out of all we have available to us so I started with it and backed it up with FLV Lime to give it that extra pucker a lemonade needs. Pink Guava at .5 for me leans more toward a grapefruit and combined with Alpine Strawberry works well for the Pink in this Lemonade . The Alpine is here to sweeten the Pink Guava as well. Give this a try, imo this is sweet enough so no Sweetener is needed so start low if you choose to add any .
This is a recipe from 2020 there are a few reviews over on ELR recipe site if you want other opinions before mixing .
⚠ as a shake and vape it works but can be a bit harsh even an over night steep helps but 3 to 5 days is where this shines and the harsh citrus notes calm down
As a kid I loved the Pine/Lime Splice Ice Cream and wanted to try and re-create the flavour in an e-liquid. I have put together my 1st version of this classic ice-cream and the vape gods must have been looking down on me as it has come out extremely close to the flavour profile I was looking for.
The ice-cream base is comprised of CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, FA Vienna Cream, FA Cream Fresh. This combination seems to work extremely well for a thick and rich ice-cream profile. I do prefer the CAP VBIC over the TFA as I am one of many who get a 'pepper' taste from the TPA version.
The Pineapple component is pretty simple with CAP Golden Pineapple as it's a sweet candy type pineapple flavour which works so well with any sweet or candy profile.
The lime part of the recipe I have decided on FLV Lime. I have tried other lime flavourings and nothing works as well as this one. It is there at only 0.7%, although I went by drops as this is a super strong concentrate. I used 4 drops in 30ml. This is a beautiful lime flavour that works well as both an authentic lime as well as a candy lime.
To sweeten things up just a touch I've used a small amount of CAP Super Sweet which rounds things out nicely in this recipe. I wouldn't personally go higher than the 0.4% but that is more of a personal taste rather than a rule.
I have only let this one steep overnight so far, so after a longer steep things might change and tweaks may be made, but so far this is extremely promising.
If you try this one out and have any thoughts or suggestions please feel free to comment them. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
**** After testing the flavour after a few days of steeping I'm thinking the Golden Pineapple needs to come up a bit in the mix to around 6% or the FLV Lime needs to come down to 0.5%, I will make another mix once this has done 2 weeks of steeping and work out where the recipe needs to go ****
Vape the rainbow.. I have been trying different iterations of this profile and finally have one that I am really enjoying. It's not finished but as is it's refreshing, candied, and lightly sweet (add some additional sweetener for a sweeter vape) . This is a shake and vape but a day or two rounds it out as well as allowing the chewy candy center to break through. If your a traditionalist and want some grape to complete the rainbow then you can add grape flv at 1.50%.
I tweaked the recipe minimally on 5/25..It now has just a bit more punch to it.
New to mixing, and this is my first clone... and yes, this was a total accident. If you have ever vaped this juice before, it has a distinct taste you just don’t forget. I was messing around with LB Rainbow Sherbet and was just trying to boost it with different fruits. I got a good balance going so I decided to throw in my favorite ice cream and gave it a go. After a few tweaks to the original recipe, I got a vape from the past and knew right away what I was tasting. Unicorn Puke... mmmmmm
Put in a pod if you want
It is HOT near Hotlanta, in GA right now. Peaches are in season, it is Lemonade time, so let's combine these 2 together and have a fantastic Peach Smoothie.
Apricot: provides juiciness and boosts the peach.
Smoothie Base: has a fantastic Lemon and Yogurt taste, this works great with the Lemonade.
Persimmon: This flavor has some great sweet, tart, juicy flavor, this helps with the peach and to enhance the tartness of FLV Lemonade which is a traditional lemonade.
Of course the star is FLV Peach, it is an amazing Peach, that just needs a little boost with juiciness.
Feel free to omit the ice, or add more if you like. I enjoy it at .12% which is 2 drops per 30ml.
